I’ve been dealing with the Showroom Ltd. for over 10 years, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Not only do they have a great collection of bathrooms, electrical fittings, and kitchens, but they also have one of the best customer services I have come across in London, which makes a huge difference when ordering anything. I would like to express my gratitude to the wonderful people at the Showroom Ltd.

A big thank you to Sunny who helped me with the purchase of all my bathroom and cloakroom items, including tiles. I required his help and advice over an extended period of time and he was always happy and ready to help. I am delighted with my new bathroom and cloakroom and I am really happy with the products I purchased from the Showroom. Incredibly great experience with the Showroom Ltd. And I can't recommend enough John's service and great help. We are doing a bathroom renovation and initially I was heading to CP Hart for materials purchase and stopped by the Showroom Ltd for curiosity. I ended up purchasing all my bathroom supplies with them. They have a great range of products (almost every brand), and John gave me recommendations and tailored the list exactly to my wish. The delivery service was FAST! With a bank holiday in the middle they still managed to deliver all of my supplies within a week. Even my plumber was surprised. Very fair prices for great quality of products (you select the products). I would recommend the Showroom Ltd to everyone doing a bathroom renovation. I don't believe you can find a better place in London (even compared to online merchants).

Brian, Eli, Luis, Chris and the team at The Showroom helped me though a major house renovation project across bathroom, electrics and ironmongery. They went above and beyond even helping me sort through issues relating to other parts of my project. They have a great work ethic; helpful and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them as a one stop shop on any house renovation. I am only sorry I did not find them sooner.

We did a major renovation project recently and used The Showroom Ltd products for 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom. Right from design to delivery, Sunny and team were brilliant. Sunny patiently answered all of our queries and kept us informed throughout our project on delivery updates and progress. We must have easily spent several hours in their showroom over a few days revising designs, looking at products, comparing items and costs - Sunny always made sure he had the time for our many queries. Even where there were a couple of slight issues (due to delivery/supplier), they were quickly resolved. We have received several compliments on the high quality bathroom products purchased from TSL and are pleased with the during and after sales service and care provided. Highly recommend!

I used The Showroom for all my bathroom and electrical/lighting supplies for a major renovation project. They came highly recommended and all expectations were fulfilled to the max. The quality of their products, advice, endless patience, care and delivery all exemplary. I dealt with Steve in the Bathroom store, and Ashley in the lighting store, and their knowledge and service was impeccable. Thank you for such. brilliant service.
