I bought two basins from London Basin, and unfortunately one of them arrived damaged during shipment. I contacted their customer service team, and they handled the situation professionally from start to finish. They quickly arranged the collection of the damaged basin and sent a replacement without any hassle. Their customer service was excellent, responsive, and more than great. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly cares about its customers. Highly recommended!
I absolutely love my sink, it’s stunning and makes my bathroom look unique and classy. I highly recommend.
London Basin Company was wonderful to work with from start to finish. I can't say enough positive things about the experience order from them!!
When you need to make a joyous statement with a cloakroom and bathroom interior, your beautiful sinks are just perfect. With so many carefully designed bowls every room can be unique and special as the clients we all work with.
I purchased the Mini Hugo vanity unit, the Jackson tap, the Theo waste and bottle trap and the Lucia clear glass basin from The London Basin Company. As I was unable to visit the showroom I contacted them via email and phone to seek advise on matching these items and colour choice. On every occasion I received outstanding customer service. My emails were responded to in a very timely manner. I requested the delivery date to be changed this was not an issue. The items are just beautiful. I would highly recommend The London Basin Company for both the products and for their customer service. Thank you very much for you patience, time and customer service.
Absolutely love my London basin company sink - they are gorgeous! They are expensive but worth every penny as they’re so unique. Thanks London Basin Company!
Utterly beautiful basins - every product is exquisite in its own right but I had two Lucia clear crystal basins recently installed in my bathroom renovation, and they have added a unique touch of glamour. Solid and beautiful crafted, I'm thrilled with them. Would totally recommend this company for their beautiful, high quality products
