Clapham Park Bathrooms

Had a really positive experience buying a new bathroom from CPB - they sell great quality bathroom items from excellent brands with a good range to choose from. And we had a terrific service from Jake who made the process of choosing and buying items as smooth and easy as possible. Would highly recommend.

I recently completed two bathroom renovations with Clapham Park Bathrooms; Adam was the designer. The end-to-end process — from initial design through to sourcing materials and delivery — was faultless. Adam's expertise and attention to detail made the whole experience seamless and I am thoroughly pleased with the end result. Highly recommended!

Had the best experience I could hope for when doing up our first bathroom without much knowledge of what to do. Adam was incredibly helpful from start to finish, finding most of the fittings we needed, providing designs and then making sure they were all delivered on time. Even when one of the suppliers didn’t send something, Adam was on their case to ensure we got it just in time. So glad we found this place to help create our ideal bathroom.

Anyone looking for a bathroom should go elsewhere and I am surprised this company is still in business based on my experience. The member of staff I spoke with in the shop, Mark Cole seemed helpful, but then didn't respond to my direct email follows ups. When I then mailed the general Sales email, he responded that he would get back to me that day with options. Nothing was received so 10 days later, I followed up again and no response at all to that mail either. There is something very wrong if a someone at a company thinks its normal to just ignore customers who want to spend money with them (!) I don't normally leave reviews but hopefully others will see this and avoid wasting their time with this company.

Excellent service from start to finish. I purchased all the fixtures and fittings for my bathroom from Clapham Park Bathrooms, and Adam provided exceptional support throughout the entire project. Unlike many sales representatives, his assistance did not end once the sale was completed—he responded promptly to every email, phone call, and enquiry, and helped me navigate several challenges with the builders involved. There were a couple of details overlooked during the ordering process; however, what impressed me most was the manner in which Adam addressed them. He consistently took responsibility where appropriate, offered sincere apologies when necessary, and worked diligently to resolve any issues quickly and professionally. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and when Adam was unavailable, Jake was equally attentive and supportive. I am extremely grateful for their assistance and would highly recommend Clapham Park Bathrooms to anyone undertaking a bathroom renovation.

Would 1000% recommend. The design service is really useful and the 3D images are so great for visualising the space. The team are all very knowledgeable and make choosing the bathroom items that are within your budget but still of good quality really easy. The ordering process was easy and the delivery to site was very quick. Everything was very clearly labelled when it arrived so made it super easy for checking all the items. They are also very helpful over email/phone for any retrospective queries.

We had our new bathroom delivered via CPB. Excellent service and was a pleasure working with Adam. We will work with them for future projects and would highly recommend.
