Excellent choice of quality bathroom fittings from a broad range of suppliers. It was useful to be able to go through our design with Joe to decide what to buy. This involved Joe searching beyond what was in store to find things we preferred, providing a detailed quote and allowing time for us to review before proceeding. We ordered 18 different items in February which we wanted delivered to us at the end of June. Every item arrived in one delivery on the due date, and the driver was helpful despite the hot weather!
We would like to sincerely thank you for your patience, understanding, and flexibility throughout this project. We truly appreciate your support and willingness to help with the returns and adjustments, which allowed us to find the best solutions and achieve the perfect result. Thanks to your cooperation, we were able to create a beautiful bathroom that our client absolutely loves and is very happy with. It is a pleasure to work with such reliable and supportive partners. Thank you for being an important part of bringing our projects to life! Interior designer Diana
Efficient and thoughtful customer experience. Joe Mühl was a delight to work with- knowledgeable, responsive, and very proactive throughout my shop visit and follow-up email exchanges. The quality of service truly stood out compared to others.
Ahmed and his team were excellent in ensuring a smooth project and any glitches were taken care of in a timely fashion. Great work, thank you to all the team I would recommend the place to anyone that wishes to renovate their apartment
Hyde Park Bathrooms and Kitchens renovated our bathroom. We were delighted with the fantastic personalised service from Ahmed and the high standard of work done by the team. 10/10 would highly recommend.
Appreciate the excellent service - prompt email replies, helpful with sorting out export logistics, thorough understanding of all products in the showroom. Had a smooth and memorable experience with Ahmed. Thank you!
Building projects are notoriously hideous, and although a small bathroom is not major, it still has potential for problems. However, we have never had a building experience that we could complain about less! The staff were excellent, the work was completed on time and on budget and so far nothing has gone wrong - we are delighted with our bathroom!
