His knowledge, professionalism and eye for design made all the difference. Whilst you’re there visit the clearance department and ask for Des. He knows the stock inside out and helped me find some fantastic quality products at amazing prices. I received outstanding customer service from both Priyan and Des, many thanks-I’ll be back!

Very professional and helpful service. Gurtej was very knowledgeable and carefully guided me through options for purchasing bathroom equipment, keeping me regularly updated during the whole process from order through to delivery. After care service was also very good.
We visited C P Hart recently after arranging an appointment with Usman Gulfraz. He invited us to browse the impressive show room, where they have an impressive array of room sets with multiple styles to please all. We were offered a drink and sat down to discuss our requirements. Usman clearly had a wealth of knowledge and experience. I would thoroughly recommend a visit.
C.P. Hart’s showroom is exceptional. I walked in thinking a bathroom was a bathroom. I walked out realising there’s an entire universe going on in there. The difference is how they guide you through it. Calm, elegant, human. Book an appointment. Seriously. Without guidance you could get overwhelmed fast. With an appointment, you actually understand what you’re looking at, why it matters, and what fits your life. Usman was superb. He listened properly, helped us with exactly what we wanted, showed us what we genuinely needed, and guided us to the right solution without a hint of pressure. My parents are elderly, so we needed something that works now and still works as age does its thing. Usman completely understood. He walked us through the options, then the quote, then into the order. Smooth. Clear. Respectful. Also Dez, the Sales Director, is rocking a haircut that deserves its own showroom. Bonus points. Sadly he supports Manchester United, but nobody’s perfect.
Usman and his team went above and beyond to help us with sourcing and selecting bathroom fittings and followed through from order to delivery and returns when needed. Pleasure to work with!
An incredibly disappointing experience with a brand I expected more from. Unless your project exceeds £100K I suspect you will not get the service you expect and I would advise you find another retailer. 1) CP Hart failed to deliver against written project brief. My advice if you decide to work with them is you will need to take personal ownership of reviewing the detailed technical drawings to ensure you get what you want. (Having briefed I needed a vanity with a drawer and cupboard capable of accommodating a bottle of toilet cleaner standing sold a vanity where the only way of accommodating a bottle of toilet cleaner is to remove the drawer and be left with the mechanisms for said drawer inside the vanity. Not only was the brief clear and in writing but discussed with the team) 2) Total lack of understanding of the criticality of clear and current status of deliveries and items in deliveries. I mailed repeatedly about the status of a key delivery and critical items. I even visited the store trying to get clarity. The delivery was made. Items missing. Job at a standstill for a month. £1,800 in builders fees. No response from CP Hart. At the end - when it comes - I am left with a bathroom failing to deliver one of two big aims. Storage. And terrible memories. A massive disappointment which I would advise you avoid by finding another supplier to work with.
