TW Thomas have a vast range of bathroom fittings and knowledgeable and patient staff to help and advise a customer. In our case Josh made the process easy and enjoyable. Having read reviews we asked for Tony Fisher to be our installer, and within 3 hours he had phoned and made an appointment. He gave a narrow range estimate, and an approximate start date and we decided to go ahead. Because he is so good at what he does he is very busy but 6 weeks or so later the installation of our new bathroom began with a shower replacing a bath, new sink, toilet towel rail and cupboards, new walls, floor and ceiling. Tony and Mark, his plumber mate, did a fantastic job and all in 9 working days. Consultation, explanation and advice were intermingled with hard work and great attention to detail. Both Tony and Mark were very respectful of the house, cleaning up as they went along, in fact I think Henry the Hoover was one of the first pieces of equipment to arrive. The end result is beyond our wildest dreams. I would highly recommend TW Thomas as a supplier, and advise anyone to try to have Tony and Mark as their fitters.

We recently had to replace a leaking shower tray so went through the process of getting a new tray. We dealt with Jamie from T W Thomas who in fairness was first class, we were kept up to date via e mail and Jamie recommended Tony Fisher to come up and give an estimate to do the job. Fair play to Tony he came up to look at the bathroom and gave us his advice and price up the job. On his advice we went for shower boards to go with the new tray and went with a new enclosure and ordered them as necessary. I let Tony know and we arranged a date to do the job as necessary. Tony and Mark who sorted the plumbing out were top class, very efficient and professional and have done a wonderful job. We could not be happier with our new shower and would highly recommend Tony and Mark to do the job. Tony is very professional and has his own facebook page and even today he text to see if we were happy with the shower. Thank you Tony and Mark

Thank you to Larry at T W Thomas for his patience, professionalism and help in designing our en suite! We couldn’t have asked for better! After what was a super stressful experience with a leak in our en suite, we were so happy to have the wonderful expertise of Larry to help us choose our tiles, bathroom and then design it for us and help to make a truly amazing design become reality! We were super lucky to have been given the introduction to T W Thomas by the incredibly talented Matt Hagemann, a truly wonderful plumber with such incredible attention to detail! He too has the patience of a saint and we felt that we were in very good hands! Matt was incredible, patient and professional from the onset also! Thank you both :-)

We decided to have a new bathroom and was recommended TW Thomas. Emily in the showroom was very helpful with suggestions on the design and products. She recommended Tony Fisher Home Solutions as the bathroom fitter. Tony kept in touch with us until we made a final decision of what we wanted in the bathroom giving practical advice and tips. When the installation began Tony and Mark Morgan the plumber did a very good job. A very high standard of workmanship with an exceptional eye for detail. We would certainly recommend them and are so pleased with the finished result.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. The shop supplied everything I needed for the bathroom, and the quality of the products has been excellent. A special mention to Larry in the shop, who was fantastic throughout the design process. He helped plan the room expertly, offered great suggestions, and thought through practical details — including the good and bad design choices — that I simply wouldn’t have considered. He was also incredibly patient with me being quite particular about the finish, and his guidance really helped bring the whole vision together. What really made the experience exceptional though was the fitter the shop arranged, Phil (Alkel Homes Ltd) — professional, reliable, tidy, and incredibly skilled. He clearly takes real pride in his work, and the attention to detail throughout was outstanding. The whole process felt smooth, well-organised, and completely stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them.

Larry B was so helpful and tirelessly worked to find a solution to fit a downstairs toilet and sink into a very small space only measuring 600 x 1100mm with a soil stack taking up some of the space. He took on this challenge and amazingly came up with a brilliant idea. Phil Card did a super job fitting it all in and on completion it was exactly the same as the CAD image. I can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend T W Thomas and Alkel Homes Ltd (Phil Card).
