We ordered a fitted wardrobe which 2 different people came out to measure and then sent us photos of what the wardrope would look like. In the photos it showed frosted glass sliding doors and a back panel on the inside of the wardrope. The fitter also came out to measure making sure it was ok. I Had a phone call a few weeks later saying that fitter is no longer working for them so a new fitter would install our wardrope. A few weeks gone by and the fitter came out and said he has been given this job and installed the wardrope. It was not the right length and there was a 3 inch gap at the end on show so it was not made to measure otherwise there would be no gap. There was also no back panel. The doors were not glass as per the photo they were MFC Alpine White panel. I ordered the wardrope back in October 2025 and had them fitted on 18th March 2026. I have been in contact with the company vis email since but still not got the issue resolved and it now end of May. I had to pay £1300 plus for the wardrope and £400 for the fitter to do 4hrs work. I feel i have had poor customer service, a very bad expereince and misleading with photos from the company shown what my wardrobes would look like and what i have got is different. As you can see from the photos we were sent you can understand how it is a bit misleading. I do feel it is £1700 wasted and would not recommend their fitted wardrobes or services.

Very mixed reviews from us I’m afraid and currently can’t recommend this company. Very poor communication and planning leaving us with several issues that are still outstanding. No response to emails. Damaged items in fitting, wrong items ordered. Our kitchen does look lovely but it’s not without issues that need resolving and unfortunately despite several attempts to establish when this will happen we’re at a standstill…

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. We had a new bathroom installed a few months ago. From the design and layout of the bathroom, to picking the tiles in the company next door to Neil the fitter coming out and doing such an amazing job. The cost was very very good too! Will be going back when we want our kitchen done.

Great company, would highly recommend. From start to finish, Matt was always available to answer any queries and questions and always reassured us. Lovely design and lovely finish. We love our new kitchen. Thanks again Matt.
