We took the plunge in 2023 to put our trust in appointing a professional to renovate two of our bathrooms in our family home- we chose pure flo and from start to finish there was never a doubt or regret. They delivered an unparalleled experience and handover. Work was of a high standard and any queries we had were resolved quickly and without fuss. Communication was spot on throughout the works and the tradesmen treated us and our home with respect and care. This was why this year, 2024, we asked pure flo to renovate another one of our bathrooms. They did not disappoint! The detail and finish is of a high standard and again each of the tradesmen were courteous.

PureFlo has recently undertaken a complete refurbishment of a small bathroom for us with new bath, WC, wash unit, shower, plastering, tiling, and flooring. We are pleased to say it has been a 5 Star experience from initiation to completion. We are delighted with the result and we highly recommend them, and will have no hesitation in using them again. Rob provided the initial survey, and he and Callum continued to provide a professional and highly skilled service. The work was completed to a high standard, and within the short stated timescale and costs. Rob proved very skilled not just in his hands-on skills (plumbing ++), but also in his project management, bathroom design, and product selection. He proved very adept at providing any required outside tradespersons without any slippage to the timescale. All these tradespersons were happy to work for Pure Flo, and were very complimentary about Rob and Callum's work. A minor but important point for us was that mess was kept to a minimum. Floor covering protection for hall, stairs, and landing was provided from day1, any mess was cleaned up daily, and waste removal from site was provided after initial rip-out and immediately after job completion.
