A wonderful service from Affect Ability Ltd. Ross had so much patience in the planning stages, remaining helpful and understanding whilst I finally settled on what I wanted, and trying to keep to a maximum spend budget. And again when delays in receiving goods ordered ( Easter delays!) Worked around us. Fab! The team completing the work were very tidy and considerate to a busy family home..Also, they clarified what I wanted frequently. Work done quickly and to a lovely standard. We are so pleased with the transformation from bathroom to shower room. There is some finishing off that we will budget for and ask Ross to come back and complete, when we are ready. We definitely recommend Ross and his team of very skilled workers. We are very grateful.

Impressed from the word go. Ross and his team of friendly experienced tradesmen did a marvellous job in refitting our bathroom. There was never a job to big to do and they always kept me involved with all aspects. Will definitely be referring them to family and friends. They will always have my custom for any future projects. Ross, Ross and Luke from start to finish were excellent. From initial meeting to final completion, nothing was to much trouble and any issues they found during work were relayed to us straight away and sorted promptly. The work we had done was very messy at the start but at the end of each day you wouldn't have known they had been there. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ross and Paul have done an excellent job of updating my bathroom to a shower room. No effort spared in attention to detail. I could not have found a better firm or a nicer couple of men to do the job. I am very pleased with the result.

Affect Ability Ltd. was recommended to me, as I had an issue with my shower tray, which needed replacing. Ross (Mr Affect Ability) visited and immediately identified how he could rectify the problem and improve my existing, to a more user friendly walk-in shower unit. His team, another Ross & Luke arrived, pulled out - and disposed of - the whole damaged unit and after a period of time, installed a more accessible shower, ensuring all my requirements were taken into account and leaving me with what looked like a new bathroom. Ross and his team showed both professionalism along with empathy and were a pleasure to deal with. Totally recommended to undertake any Bathroom restyling, replacing or even full installation. My mum had a complete bathroom fitted by Ross and the team, which has been a game changer for her. It has made her life far more comfortable. She enjoyed choosing exactly how she wanted it to be, down to the small details, with no pressure and hardly any waiting. Ross was professional, friendly and reliable from the first meeting. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is as required , with minimal fuss. Everything is taken care of.
