Ben and the team couldn't do enough to help us on our journey with numerous design changes. Then they remained on hand to swiftly answer any post sale questions we had. They even went so far as to register our products for us. Nice touch and truly exceptional service. I will definitely recommend and use them again.
Fantastic service and patience from Oakley and Norman! We have a very small bathroom in our 1970s built house. We wanted the bath removed and replaced with a shower...we had some amazing quotes and ideas, but then we went to Oakley and Norman and they immediately understood what we wanted - so without hesitation we went with them. They introduced us to one of their installers, who again was very patient and has done an amazing job. I never thought we could have such a sleek designed shower room in our small room! Absolutely delighted.
Look no further if you want a stress free bathroom renovation. We have had 2 bathrooms completed this year by Ben and his team. Well organised show room, very knowledgeable staff, good advice. All the parts delivered on time ready for the fitter. Very good fitter, beautiful plumbing, perfect finish using specialist flooring plastering and tiling contractors. Good support during the planning and execution, even swapping the bath size at 24 hours notice.
Ben at Oakley and Norman was very patient with us in designing our bathroom and was very honest in his opinions too. We have a family house but were undecided about taking the bath out, only because of resale. Because we are planning on staying here we went with the bathroom we wanted which make a large walk in shower. The room is small but has everything we need in terms of cupboards etc. I think we adjusted the plan about 3 times but Ben was very patient with us. Much easier doing it face to face in the show room too. Ben was able to provide a fitter, Shaun, who was brilliant throughout the fitting. Nothing was too much trouble, he was very polite, very tidy and talked us through everything he had done that day and any adjustments we might need. Would absolutely recommend Shaun. The overall experience was great and pain free. Any problems with deliveries which were only a couple, were resolved quickly and efficiently without holding up the work. Full box of tiles were returned and credited back to us without any issue. We would thoroughly recommend Oakley and Norman and the fitter Shaun. Thanks guys.
Fantastic service from Jamie and the team, from initial design, right through our changes of mind, down to the final fitting and after care. We are so pleased with the results, nothing was too much trouble for this local company. If you need a new bathroom/showeroom, look no further, these are the people to use. Oh, and see if you can get Shaun as the fitter, again a superb job.
Fantastic experience dealing with Ben from Oakley & Norman. They were recommended by a friend of ours and thank God they did. Managed to save us quite a bit of money compared to Wickes. I cant speak highly enough of Ben, he knows his stuff and would give great suggestions based on ideas we had at the time. He was dropping samples round our house and patient with us when taking our time in deciding on what to go for. From talking to Ben on the phone and going round to their showroom, we had a great feeling that they were the ones to go with. Made the process from beginning to end a stress free experience. From our fittings to fitter it was all first class. We are so happy with our bathroom and you can probably already work out that we would highly recommend Oakley and Norman for anyone in the area in need of a new bathroom. We are about to buy three bathroom suites from Oakley and Norman, and I have to say, the service to date has been second to none. Ben and team are highly professional and knowledgeable and came out on-site multiple times to advise on the optimal design and ensure we are happy with everything.
