Aqua Bathrooms fitted a new shower, replaced the floor tiles, fitted a shower seat and fitted a new toilet and cistern. John listened to what we wanted, and had a thoughtful, practical approach to solving problems. Neil, who carried out the work, was first class: highly professional, highly experienced and did all the work to a very high standard of workmanship. The new shower is just what we want and we would have no hesitation in recommending John and his team: we had to wait a little while for the work to be carried out but John kept us well informed and it was definitely worth it.

My en-suite needed a makeover and the work was carried out by Aqua Bathrooms. John was very helpful from the beginning and Neil, the fitter, was an excellent worker and I am very pleased with the result and would recommend this company

Thoroughly professional and efficient service. Every detail was given the utmost care and nothing was too much trouble. The team turned up when they said they would and worked in a clean, tidy and courteous manner. We were given useful aftercare instructions and all rubbish was removed promptly at the end of the work. We are really delighted with our new bathroom.

Aqua Bathrooms refitted our bathroom, replacing the bath with a walk-in shower and retiling the whole room. The standard of workmanship was excellent and we were very pleased with the end result. The workmen were friendly and consulted us over the positioning of the units. They arrived early each day and kept to schedule. There was a long delay (6 months) between accepting the quote and starting the work, which was much longer than we had anticipated. We then had less than 24 hours warning of when the work would commence. All the rubbish from the work (the old bathroom fittings, and packaging for the new, etc) was initially placed in our small front garden, which destroyed many of the plants there. While this was efficiently removed at the end of the work, it would have been better if this could have been be placed in a skip in the driveway, rather than the garden. The only initial disappointment was the size of the washbasin. The one installed was too small and clashed with the cabinet above it. We had not appreciated these dimensions when we accepted the quotation. This was efficiently exchanged afterwards for one of a more appropriate size.

John and his team did a great job refurbishing my cloakroom/utility room. They were really friendly and professional. The quality of work was done to an excellent standard and I was really pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and high standard of workmanship, 10/10!

John turned up on time and provided a quote as he said he would. He alerted us to the earliest start date once we had committed to them carrying out the work. John listened to our needs and having years of experience in plumbing and bathroom fitting, gave us good advice regarding the options and work required. His quote included a hypothetical product and materials price list alongside the usual labour costs, which was very helpful. He knew where we could go locally to see a good range of fixtures and fittings and especially those we were considering having (we did not want to rely simply on catalogues). He was good at suggesting products that suited our tastes and the limitations of our bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom space. Indeed, we ended up using many of items from his initial product list. John was responsible for supplying fixtures and fittings and has a good network of local companies. We were very impressed with the work carried out by Rob (the main fitter) and the other guys contracted to do the plastering, painting and floor tiles. Rob was exceptional in everything he did, whether it was wall tiling, electrical or solving a plumbing challenge. The team was always helpful in answering questions and consulted us whenever there was a small decision to be made, to ensure everything was right for us, eg the positioning of a mirror, a light or toilet roll. We enjoyed having them in the house and were fully confident in their ability to do the job well.
