In the spring, Charles transformed our extra bathroom into a wet room, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. He walked me through every step, from waterproofing the floor to ensuring the drainage was perfect, so there’s no water pooling at all. The attention he gave to every little detail was impressive. The glass screen adds a lovely finishing touch. He was honest, neat, and dependable the whole time, and I’d gladly invite him back for future projects.

We needed to make the bathroom accessible for my mother-in-law, who’s getting older and can’t step over a bath anymore, so we called Charles to take a look. He really took his time to understand how she moves before making any decisions. He removed the old bath and created a level-access shower with a walk-in tray that sits flush with the floor, eliminating any lip for her to trip on. What impressed me the most were the grab rails; he had her stand in the shower and reach around to place them exactly where her hands naturally fell, rather than just following a diagram. Plus, he set the thermostatic shower so it can’t get hot enough to scald her, which was our main concern. The only minor issue was a slight delay in the tray delivery, but he called ahead and kept us updated the whole time. He made everything easy. Now, 18 months later, it’s still perfect for her, much safer, and she can manage on her own.

A couple of months ago, Charles completely stripped out and refitted the bathroom in our Victorian terrace, and I was really impressed with how he handled everything. He removed the old suite, took care of the first fix plumbing, and then returned for the second fix once the walls and floor were all set. The close coupled toilet fits perfectly. During the process, we discovered asbestos in the old tile adhesive when the walls were being stripped, so that had to be managed safely before we could proceed, which did take some extra time. However, he kept me updated throughout. He worked steadily, kept everything tidy, and anticipated tricky spots before they turned into issues. His attention to detail was evident from beginning to end.

We were so happy with this bathroom renovator. They had excellent communication throughout the job and their workmanship was outstanding. The installers were nice, on time and respectful of our home. On time/on Budget with the renovations and beauty of the finished product has far surpassed our dreams.
