Luke from Finley Bathrooms was super accommodating and helpful. The whole process of having our bathroom re-done was quick, smooth and efficient with excellent communication. Our bathroom was completed about 2 months ago and we couldn't be happier. Everything is great quality and Gordie did an amazing job putting it all together from Lukes design. We had awful old piping in a spaghetti junction that all needed replacing, as well as a dodgy floor with old water damage which Gordie had to replace and was a bit of a nightmare, but it was all completed to a really high standard. Any small issues along the way such as a sink cupboard drawer arriving from the supplier with a scratch were remedied really smoothly as well. We couldn't have asked for more. CAUTION. 4 years after having my bathroom fitted water flooding through my kitchen ceiling. I had the fitter back out who charged for 2 appearances before ghosting and not fixing the issue. £2000 of further repair (on an already £14k installation) due to faultily installed pipes and components. The fitters do not work for the company and are self employed, the company hold very few details of the fitters or their qualifications/professional registrations, making it impossible to claim on liability insurance.
