Tiling contractor. Placed a large order for materials on next day. Got a message next day around mid day al items out of stock. "Humm! That's annoying" assured that item's would arrive the following day Ok prep work to do so went with it. Nex day lame excuse for non delivery, " Very annoying" (2:men on site ready to go!) Ended up 3 day's to receive order . Pitty! Good prices, but after factoring in lost productivity and lost labour costs, "Owwch!".

I would not hesitate to recommend DTW bathrooms, especially Danny who has been absolutely superb throughout my build. I bought three bathrooms from them and their free 3D design service really helped me picture what my bathrooms would look like. Also Danny’s suggestions about what I could or could not put in my rooms. You won’t regret it if you choose this company! Deliveries on time and kept me informed throughout the process, excellent!

As a keen DIYer, the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Contact throughout in terms of delivery was beyond expectations and I was kept updated fully. Delivery had a broken box of tiles which was replaced within the hour. The trade side (for adhesive and other materials) was equally helpful and even helped carry stuff out to the car. I didn’t know about this place, despite having lived here 20+ years but I will definitely be back.

Went into the store at Portsmouth. I asked about matching a tile and was met with lethargy. Was then met with even more lethargy when I wanted advice on floor tiles. Males staff member gave me one price for a sample tile, then tripled the price of it when I showed interest. The staff at this place were so disinterested they may as well have been in a coma ! I was actually looking for stone tiling for three rooms - but felt such disdain from these staff I left without even exploring possibilities.

It is one of the most unhelpful places I have ever been to. Staff sat behind their desks staring at their phones and computers and did not ask us if we needed any help. We had to seek help, and even then, the staff member didn't even get up from his desk to help us. Lost our trade as we went to another shop that knew what customer service was.

Went here for the first time earlier today on the recommendation of the person who is going to be laying new tiles in our home. Shop/showroom layout was very impressive, clean, and organised. Everything was displayed really well and labelled clearly - a very large range of tiling options. When I required help/advice on what to buy, the sales manager could not have been more helpful. In one short visit everything was chosen, ordered and the delivery arrangements made to my complete satisfaction. I can highly recommend this business. Thank you.
