Absolutely terrible company promises made but not kept, I would suggest you keep well away from the second rate company and shop elsewhere because that’s what I will do.They have since contacted me and appear to try partially blame me which doesn’t surprise me at all .In a nutshell this company promised to contact me later that day or the following morning but they didn’t and when I contacted them they tried to make excuses but clearly hadn’t done anything regarding my quote. I cancelled the quote and went elsewhere and I have now been quoted and ordered my bathroom with a company that can be bothered,

Excellent quality and bespoke furniture. My bathroom measurements were very awkward and the furniture fitted very nicely and they look stunning. The team is also very helpful and answered all my questions. Top service!

Can’t thank them enough . The bespoke units were exactly as ordered and great quality . Fitting was easy as the units were already built and the construction method with pocket screws meant I could take pieces off to cut holes for the drainage perfectly which was a bonus. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs to sort their bathroom excellent !

I have used this company twice for work in the house. The first time was for an en-suite refit following burst pipes. Part way through the work the contractor needed to change the layout due to an awkward pipe work placing which meant I needed additional items. Also the decorator stood on the toilet to paint the ceiling and broke the toilet seat! Paramount responded quickly and efficiently which we needed as the workmen were onsite. We are in Inverness so their speed was impressive. The second job was a repair we needed furniture for, rather than a refit. Equally the company were very helpful and my order was fulfilled quickly and efficiently. Prior to both of these jobs we had another en-suite in the house refitted, this time through choice. Another company provided the furniture. A comparison of the furniture units is that I prefer the Paramount ones and they were very competitively priced. They are solid and well finished. I particularly like the coloured interiors which makes such a difference to the finish. Thank you Paramount for the help and support when we needed it most!

Recently purchased a media unit from Paramount as we were very pleased with the fitted bathroom units we ordered last year. Again, the quality of construction is excellent and the delivery was on time. During the design and purchase stages communication was outstanding, my emails always replied to promptly and my questions answered no matter how trivial they may have seemed! Excellent service, I would highly recommend Paramount Bathrooms.
