HPS Portsmouth - Bathroom Showroom

Just received our order for our new wet room and have to say that we are very pleased with the quality of the items, through the whole process we were guided very professionally by Shane, his knowledge and experience made a huge positive effect on what we thought was going to be a challenging task, thank you so much Shane, a true asset to HPS in our eyes, we look forward to dealing with you again.

HPS showroom was recommended by our plumber and we were delighted with the design service, customer service & the finished result. Shane is very knowledgeable and the design reflected perfectly what we wanted. He provided options and answered all queries supported by Maddie. He was knowledgeable about tiling and we also purchased our tiles from their range. The finished bathroom has received lovely feedback from all who have seen it, including some wows! An excellent installation from our plumber based on a good design and quality products. There were a couple of minor issues during installation but due to good customer service by HPS and good liaison with the plumber these were resolved easily.

We were recommended HPS by our builders, but unfortunately we didn't have a good experience at the Portsmouth branch. We had to wait about 20 minutes despite having emailed to make an appointment, only to be told that there is a £50 charge per room for the CAD design, we needed mm measurements and not scale drawings, we wouldn't be able to make any choices as the designing takes hours and they wouldn't want to do the design because our builders may then put the order through at a different HPS branch. Basically a long list of excuses as to why he didn't want to help us. Very disappointed we weren't told any of this in advance as it would have saved us a trip with our severely disabled daughter.

Shane did a fantastic job when we were re-doing our old bathroom and cloakroom. He made the process extremely easy and guided us along the way, making really sensible recommendations and it was clear that he listened to what we were saying. The 3D images really, really helped. In addition, HPS liaised with our builder really well re delivery, etc, so that side of things went very smoothly. We are delighted with both rooms and have received many compliments. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Service, nothing was ever too much trouble. Shane drew up a bathroom design for our loft extension. His knowledge of all his products was excellent, he shared options, design ideas and really went above and beyond to design a bathroom we wanted. HPS use excellent options on all aspects of bathroom furniture and fittings. We will definitely use Shane’s services and HPS again.

We received an absolutely first class service of the highest degree provided by Shane at Portsmouth HPS bathroom showroom. His knowledge of design, suppliers and stock, and attention to the finest of details was 2nd to none, and even when we kept changing our minds and asked for more advice he was never fazed and was always eager to come up with alternative ideas and suggestions. He kept us continuously updated throughout, provided us with prompt informative replies to all our emails, and nothing was too much trouble for him. Shane is the perfect example of what first class Customer Service is all about - something which many other Companies could learn from - and an absolute gentleman !
