Decent selection of reasonably priced bathroom fittings and fixtures

Went here a few weeks ago to look for a new bathroom to replace mine because the reviews seemed good. It was big inside with lots of displays to look at, but no one spoke to me and one of the display toilets had skidmarks inside of it! I can't bring myself to visit again because of this. Really unfortunate.

First time I had been in here and I called before I travelled to make sure they stocked what I needed. When I arrived, they had my items ready and waiting for me. They also did me a great deal on price. Amazing service, will definitely come again. Thank you 😊

Exceptional customer service from Boxalls and Alan in particular (the showroom manager). Last week we looked at the extensive range of vanity units and taps in the showroom and took home a vanity unit and tap but unfortunately the tap was faulty and dripped after I fitted it. Another cartridge was ordered but this did not solve it. Alan then actually came out himself to try and correct things but a replacement also turned out to be faulty. As a result he offered a better model tap which I fitted and all is working perfectly now. I'm not sure all companies would go to these lengths to sort out a problem.

I have a husband with advanced Alzheimer's Disease. Without the support with planning, advice & support from Alan from Boxalls, my bathroom would never have been started let alone finished. Alan' s knowledge of disabled fittings is brilliant and made the new fit a success for my husband and me too, I can't thank him enough. I have a disabled shower room to be proud of Thanks to Boxalls. I would highly recommend a visit to there huge show room.

Very prompt helpful service. Had in stock parts for my rather obscure French kitchen mixer tap. Alan knew exactly what I needed and the tap now works perfectly. Very impressed with Alan. Good old fashioned service which these days is hard to find.
