We visited so many bathroom showrooms before coming to this GEM. This business sets the standard and quite honestly the others are pretty poor in comparison. Andy, Julie and Wendy at Bradley’s offer customer service which we all expect but is so sadly missing nowadays. No hard sell, believe me the units sell themselves as the quality is excellent. Yes, you may pay a bit more than other places but you must ask yourself - do I want these to last or should I go for the cheaper version that will fall apart?

Visited Bradley’s one off chance as we were looking to refit our downstairs Cloakroom. Julie looked at my pictures suggested a layout, we chose various fitting with added suggestions from Julie. Recommended a fitter who fitted exactly as we wanted it. The Cloakroom has been completely revamped. I would certainly recommend Bradley Bathrooms services with out hesitation.

The store layout and designs on display are very good. And I found the store had the newest ranges up to date compared to the other local tile shops. I found the staff very helpful and informative which always helps when your looking for such a product which is going to be in my home for some time . I enjoyed my visit to this store

Sourced my new bath & L shaped panel from Bradley's . Andy was extremely helpful with my enquiries & exchange of panel as mine wasn't long enough ...I found nothing was too much trouble with my order ,my delivery was very quick & the delivery man was helpful too .. would definitely recommend & use them again .. proper customer service 💞X

We sadly couldn't afford to renovate our whole bathroom using Bradleys we bought some key items for our bathrooms. The supplier had accidentally delivered the wrong tap to Bradleys which we hadn't realised until it had been fitted. This was changed and sorted promptly by Bradleys in an extremely professional way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Went hear to get a part for a shower. Very helpful staff. Looked the part up online and phoned the manufacture. Told how much part would be a would get a phone call when part was in which I did. Very good service.
