Mega Bathrooms

Tried to order tiles from this company. Took a lot of attempts to get through on the phone and when we did they promised to call us back with updates on stock. Never called back which caused us delays. Its a waste of time trying to get any real information from them. Don't bother going there because if you have any issues you will get no resolution

I would highly suggest avoiding mega bathrooms, order placed 22/01/25 with express shipping option paid for over 2 weeks later 30+ attempts to call and a ridiculous amount of unanswered emails they issued a refund 11/02/25, as they did not have the stock. False promises of delivery made and a waste of time.

Purchased a specific soft close toilet seat for £90+ which stopped working within the 12 month warranty they offered (even though it actually came with a 2 year one) and was completely ignored when trying to contact them regarding the issue. Have previously bought from them with no issues but going on how they deal with issues I'm absolutely disgusted with the company.

Friendly, helpful service. Great range of stock. I needed to order another item a few months later. The over the phone ordering was really easy. Billy was super helpful and remembered details from my initial order. Highly recommend.

Terrible service, I'd avoid buying anything from them online. I ordered an electric shower on 10 December and 12 days later I still haven't received my item, nor have I received a tracking number so I don't know if they even sent the item. I called multiple times but most of people picking up the phone weren't able to help since there's apparently only one person who deals with online orders. On Monday I did get through to that person, they said they'll check what happened to my order and call back in half an hour, but they didn't. So I tried calling, but no-one picked up the phone. I called the next day; however the person who picked up said the online order person won't be back until Thursday! So Thursday comes, and I've tried calling five times, but no-one has picked up! I've also left a message on their website and noone has replied. The service from Mega Bathroom is shocking bad and I highly advise you don't buy from them!
