After visiting a number of suppliers of bathroom equipment and accessories, each with various set up of product display and quality information, we have placed an order with Clifton Trade Bathrooms at their Oldham Rd branch in Manchester. It’s a very difficult task making a choice of all the alternatives but we have to say that Matt, the branch manager here, was exceptional in service, guidance, patience and help with options/changes we required, and was a key element in why we placed the order here. We now look forward to receiving checked and packaged, good quality products from him and his team at the branch. I can honestly say getting our bathroom from Clifton’s has been one of our best shopping experiences on a large purchase to date. We have dealt with Mollie from start to finish. She is so helpful, patient and professional. She is very young but her knowledge is off the scale. There isn’t anything she doesn’t know about bathrooms and what you will need. She is so pleasant and polite, nothing is too much trouble for her she goes above and beyond to make your visit pleasant and stress free. What we chose was above our budget, so she spoke to the Manager and between them they changed a few things so we weren’t over our budget amount. The choice of the products is really good covering everything you would need for a total makeover to have your dream bathroom. The quality of all the products is excellent and we truly believe that it would be difficult to get anything better anywhere else. We finalised our order last Wednesday and out bathroom was delivered the day after on the Thursday. The two guys who delivered everything were so polite, pleasant and were respectful of our property. They stacked everything very neatly to one side in our garage so it wasn’t in the way and we could still get past it. They were very fast offloading the van but careful with our purchase. They told me that they had finished so that I knew to lock and secure our garage. Overall a wonderful experience, we will definitely use them again in the future when we renovate our En-Suite and would highly recommend this Company if you want a beautiful bathroom and an excellent service from professional lovely and wonderful staff. We are absolutely over the moon with everything from start to finish and can’t wait to get if fitted in a week 😁 thank you everyone it’s been a wonderful and pleasant experience from two very happy customers 😁😁

Just been into the showroom and could not find what we wanted. Matty asked if he could assist and in no time sat at his PC we had everything we wanted and will be delivered monday. What fantastic friendly service highly recommended.

Overall just getting too the point of cutting the luxury wet wall panels which I was told at the time of purchase it was 11 Millie find out now it’s 10. The shower itself has been done over time. I was suffer from emphysema and doing it for myself. My problem first Rose when one of the corner trims external was damaged and slight insert after a few weeks. It got sorted to throwing sending more damage ones so I didn’t think anything of it and when all Michelle prep was done Michelle was in I cut the corners the external corners to suit the height of my floor wall boards allowing for the step on the shower tray where it meets the floor all done and dusted the following weekend cut the panels place them all nothing for dry fit and come to do one of the external corners warm on the slipped on nicely no problem at all and the one you had to literally hammer it on to the with the palm of your hand But then was not suitable to try and get it on the main wall board at the side so I’ve messaged them and there is a slight difference in the corner external one. It’s like 9.5 on the board is 10 or even could be 9 mm I’m just hoping there’s nothing wrong with the Shell door as that is still in the box Managed to find the place actually makes these external corners and I’m going to see them this afternoon to pick one up to suit the board all in all overall very good at the sales pitch after sales service is not good at all How to keep bringing them to remind them about the Conner after mention the cost £47 to deliver one to me and I’ve been out twice but they brought damaged items each time so I told him the last time I will come and collect it myself but unfortunately I did not check. I just assumed it was the right size, lesson Mr T coyne
