Really good customer service from Hashir here. I was after a couple of Scudo items which I couldn’t find in store anywhere and they had exactly what I needed and we’re able to help me purchase some more things I need for my bathroom renovations.

We had a really good experience with this bathroom company from start to finish. The main reason was Hash. He was brilliant throughout the whole process. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and always happy to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him. We changed ideas a few times and asked a lot of questions, but he stayed patient and helped us through everything without any pressure. What I liked most was that he actually listened to what we wanted. He gave honest advice and explained things clearly instead of trying to push us into making decisions. Communication was always good and he kept us updated the whole way through. You can tell he cares about doing a good job and making sure customers are happy. That made a big difference to us. The finished bathroom looks great and we’re really happy with the result.
