WONDERFUL SERVICE - Beautiful Bathroom: I would like to say a huge thank you to Richard who has looked after myself and my partner since our very first visit to Dale Bathrooms. Richard has been incredibly. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the products all round and he takes pride in his work. He really is passionate with helping customers and he has a great sense of humour! He is such a friendly and welcoming gent to be looked after by. We are grateful for all his patience and time with putting together our new bathroom, which looks incredible. We are continuing to work with Richard on our next project - second bathroom. Our fitters were Josh, Adam X2 and Ben. All gents were extremely respectful throughout our home and they were all understanding of how I am in general when it comes to cleanliness. All gents arrived on time as promised, during the fitting process. The tough labour and time taken into creating our new bathroom has all been worth it. The lads worked beyond 8 hours a day and to a high standard. We are grateful for all the time and tough labour you have put into our new bathroom. The bathroom certainly is to a high standard, looking beautiful. I would highly recommended Dale bathrooms and the wonderful fitters because the hard work does not go unnoticed. We've just had our main bathroom, ensuite bathroom and downstairs loo completely remodelled by Dale Bathrooms. All in, it was a pleasure dealings with them from start to finish. Phil gave some great advice about what would work, where to save money and where to go upmarket. Overall pricing was very similar to other quotes but the ability to see the showroom is a huge advantage as you get a feel for what works and what doesn't and you can see why item A is higher quality than item B. Steve and Macca the fitters were superb from start to finish - polite and professional throughout. They worked to a high standard. We couldn't be happier with the result and it has utterly transformed these rooms in appearance and utility. Dale bathrooms come highly recommended by us!
This is the second time we have used Dale Bathrooms to purchase our bathroom fittings and tiles, the first being 22 years ago and we were so pleased with what we bought all that time ago we decided to buy from them again. The quality and choice of the bathroom fittings is fantastic and Phil, who we dealt with, was very patient and understanding and went to great lengths to ensure we were happy with our choice. Mark and his team of fitters arrived on time were very professional and cleaned up everyday. The fittings we chose are first class and the tiles are fantastic and the fitter did an exceptional job of fitting them.
I first came across Dale Bathrooms on Instagram and visited the showroom the next day. The showroom is impressive, with great design ideas across a wide range of styles and budgets. After speaking with Tom at the showroom, we worked through the layout, units, and overall design together. Although I had only planned to browse, the quality of the products and Tom’s design knowledge gave me the confidence to go ahead without looking elsewhere. We received a clear quote quickly and a well-considered design within a month, which allowed time to ask questions and make refinements. Tom was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable — always responding to queries and offering genuine advice to avoid unnecessary costs. His suggestion to reposition the shower to the opposite wall completely transformed the space and turned out to be the best decision. Tom recommended Mark from MDR Bathrooms & Interiors, and that recommendation proved spot on. Before works began, Mark visited to walk through the fitting details and address any concerns, which was very reassuring. Mark and his team were outstanding from day one. They started promptly, carefully checked all deliveries to avoid delays, and worked efficiently to finish the project before Christmas. Mark was extremely detail-oriented, talked me through each stage, flagged any additional work in advance along with costs, and made sure there were no surprises. The pride he takes in his work really shows in the final result. The tiling team led by Darren were also excellent. The tiling was done with great precision, they gave helpful advice on grout selection and tile trims, handled tricky corners and niches with ease, and left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. What really made the experience stress-free was the coordination between Tom and Mark. Everything — from skips to replacements and small finishing details — was handled smoothly, without any chasing needed from my side. Even small touches, like Mark spray-painting a vent cap to match the bathroom, show the level of care taken. We’re absolutely delighted with our new bathroom and would happily recommend Dale Bathrooms and MDR Bathrooms & Interiors.
☆Update☆: As you can now see from the video. ⭐️Dale bathrooms⭐️ have transformed my bathroom into a luxurious walk-in shower. Tom was excellent with all communications. All my emails were replied to on the same day, and my orders were updated accordingly. For the installation, Mark and his team were excellent both with time and communication. Each day Mark left my house very clean even though I had the inconvenience of having all my orders in my living room while they work... they made sure that there was still space to be able to move around the house. It took them 10 days to complete both the bathroom upstairs and the small toilet downstairs. It felt like I had my brothers working around my house. So when they finished, my house felt empty like the party was over kind of emptiness🤣 although I wanted them to finish so that I could have my space back😉. Mark was very professional and efficient. He took care of every problem by making suggestions. He involved me in every decision, big or small. I will forever be grateful for his hard work. When they left, it was as if they were never there in the first place. My house and the drive were left very clean. I will strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone. P.s. When we (me and my daughter) first visited the showroom, we felt ignored, too, like some reviewers have mentioned. As a woman and non white, yes, we felt unwelcome. However, as we were there to buy a bathroom... we kept moving around, checking one by one out. Eventually, Tom came to talk to us when he finished talking to someone he was talking to when we entered. Afterwards, we reached the conclusion that we were not ignored by others. We concluded that although they looked like they were working with or for Dale bathrooms, they were not salespeople. As we didn't ask them questions, I guess they also didn't feel the need to ask us questions... Also, when we first visited, there was no receptionist as we entered the showroom. But on our last visit, a week before the installation, there was a very friendly receptionist who was very polite and welcoming. She guided us in. I am sorry, I don't remember her name. Thank you very much for everything. Tom made the process of buying the bathroom easy, and with his guidance, I was able to buy the best bathroom. The installation team led by Mark was the best I have come across. I took my own measurements before i went there. I paid my deposit, and I was told that the fitter will contact me and visit my home and take measurements, and then I will be invited back to finalise. We were served by Tom. I will update my review in more details once I have everything fitted. I have seen some bad and good reviews here. I hope that my experience will be positive 🤞🏾. My kitchen is due to be fitted in April because I want it done during school holidays so that I can have the kids out because I have a child with learning disabilities, I want minimum disruption to their daily routine. I am rating Dale bathroom 5 stars because the showroom has a lot of beautiful bathroom ideas to choose from. We were amazed by how big the place was. Very clean, too. I will post the before and after once it's completed☺️ and how long it will take. I am in love with what I saw. Hopefully, I will be in love with what will be delivered and fitted.
