Excellent team and quality work, would definitely recommend. Very happy with the service I received throughout the process, in-home consultation to help plan with Sharron was very useful to help me choose what I wanted, Michael came out to survey and confirm the work, Steven in customer services was extremely helpful when I needed to switch the bath selection and the fitters George and Odhran were amazing, the work was completed to a high standard in a great timeframe and I am extremely happy with the final result. Communication throughout the process with all involved was great including the customer service team, the fitters and Nigel on the financial side of things keeping me updated of any changes (increased price due to different bath selection and a rotted floorboard). Price was also very reasonable and competitive to other companies. Thank you for my lovely new bathroom!

Had our bathroom done and we are very happy with everyone in the ultimate home solutions team. Salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy, the installation team worked very quick and done a great job and the rest of the customer service team were attentive and keen to check back with us.

I got the details of Ultimate Home Solutions from Check A Trade. I received a telephone call the very next day asking about more what we were wanting done. We were wanting a quote for a new bathroom. An appointment was booked for a couple of days later and Kirsty came out. She had a look at the bathroom took all the measurements and then went over what we were looking for. She had samples to look at and went over all the different bathroom and shower products. She was very knowledgeable and helped us choose everything. We decide to go ahead with the bathroom and paid a deposit. We were told it would probably be within about 6 weeks but we received a call the following Friday to advise a cancellation had become available and so our bathroom was started on the Monday. Hayden fitted our bathroom. He was very nice guy and done a spectacular job and the whole bathroom was finished in 4 days. The old bathroom was picked up the very next day and a call from Craig from customer services to check the bathroom and he spoke to my husband to check we were pleased with everything. Which we were. I would totally recommend Ultimate Home Solutions if you are planning on having a new bathroom. From beginning to end the experience was excellent and very good value.

We love our new bathroom and the friendly and professional service from the team at Ultimate Home Solutions. Kirsty was very helpful, talking us through the design, the materials and explaining the process. Bryan was fantastic, he did a great job fitting everything and came back out to attach the cabinet handles which hadn't been delivered on time. The rubbish was all collected promptly and communication throughout the project was great. I would use this company again for future projects. Thanks so much 🥰

I must commend the firm for replacing 4 windows with triple glazed upgrades. Really excellent work - very skilled professionals with work done within one day and results exactly what were agreed.

From the moment I contacted Ultimate my experience was incredible. Colin came to our house and was amazing at helping us pick choices, no pressure to buy but a wealth of knowledge which helped us decide to proceed! Installation came and Jonathan and Rafael were incredibly clean, professional and respectful! We had a few issues post installation, all fixed within a matter of days and could be more thankful for how quickly they were resolved! Our bathroom is small so we were worried about how it would work but it’s turned out better than we imagined. Would 1000% recommend ultimate homes and will be contacting them for our kitchen when we get to that stage!

We recently had both our main bathroom and en suite completed by We’ll Ultimately Home Solutions, and the results have been excellent. The en suite in particular needed major rework. They removed an old, bulky heater and a dated shelving unit that had been a real eyesore, and completely reconfigured the space. The difference is huge — it now feels far more open, modern, and practical. What’s even more impressive is that they completed everything within just one week, without compromising on quality. The overall finish across both bathrooms is premium, with a high level of attention to detail. Dev and Paul, who carried out the work, were great throughout — polite, professional, and clearly very skilled. They kept everything neat and tidy each day, which made the whole process much easier to live with. After the work was completed, we discovered a leak in the stopcock. Even though it wasn’t part of the original job, the company was more than happy to help and quickly assisted us in finding someone to come and fix it, which really shows their commitment to customer care.
