Great place but sadly out of my price range but the guy was respectful towards me and I did feel valued

Had our ensuite done in December by Osprey, they were very efficient and clean and did a high quality job. Would recommend.

Had my bathroom done. Colin highlighted before he took on the job to read his reviews including the negative one. I disregarded the negative review as the positive reviews outnumbered this. Jim and Terry did a great job in my bathroom and the tilers were excellent. I am well pleased with the final completed revamp of my bathroom and would recommend this company.

I arranged with Colin to bring our ensuite bathroom into the 21st century. I had assumed that he would merely replace like for like. How wrong I was! His ideas for improving the layout were absolutely spot-on. His fitters, Jim and Terence and his two expert tilers were also right on the money. The whole job was completed in four days despite the snow and icy weather. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. What would with your average bathroom company be charged as extras (for example fitting accessories) was thrown in as a “freebie”. I cannot speak highly enough of Osprey. I have now arranged to get the main bathroom completely modernised by them and will probably get them to do the kitchen also once finances have recovered a little. On that subject, I have to say that the price quoted was significantly below that of other companies’ quotes. In all, extremely good value for money and a splendid and imaginative job done seamlessly and without doubt producing the required “wow” factor! UPDATE - JUNE 2018 I would now like to provide an update to my earlier review. Having been so delighted with the standard achieved by Colin and his boys when they installed my ensuite bathroom in January, I got them back to replace my main bathroom and my downstairs loo also. Jim, Colin and the two expert Greek tillers (whose names I cannot pronounce!) have now made a fabulous job of these two rooms also and at a very competitive price. Full marks to all concerned. Great jobs expertly done and creating the perfect result I so wanted. I would highly recommend these guys for quality, reliability and price.

Thank you Colin and Gordon and your team. They have done an amazing job in doing the kitchen. From taking the old kitchen out and disposing of it. The new plasterwork, putting in the new kitchen and the tiling and new floor. Fantastic job,, great workers and clean and tidy. I can highly recommend them to anyone with the confidence the person would have a high class job done.

Extremely happy with my shower room. Decided to go with Osprey on the great reviews online. Polite, tidy and skilful grafters. Jim, Terence and the tilers completed the job in 3 days and we are loving the new room - especially the sound system in the ceiling. Colin answered all my questions patiently and I will wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends
