Once we decided to go ahead, communication was excellent, and everything was completed exactly as planned and on time. The installation team were outstanding—professional, clean, and tidy throughout. From the initial consultation through to completion, everything was handled professionally and with great care. Danny from the design team was excellent during the planning stage. He took the time to understand what we wanted, offered useful advice, and helped turn our ideas into a practical, well-designed bathroom. The attention to detail at this stage really showed in the final result. John, the project manager, was outstanding throughout the project. He was extremely thorough, well organised, and kept everything running smoothly. Communication was clear at all times, timelines were well managed, and the whole process felt stress-free thanks to his hands-on approach. A special mention also goes to Andy, who handled all the heavy lifting and removal of materials and debris. The site was kept tidy throughout the job, and everything was cleared away efficiently, which made a big difference while the work was being carried out. The quality of the bathroom installation is first class. The tiling, plumbing, and overall workmanship are to a very high standard, and it’s clear that a lot of pride was taken in the work. We got our bathroom done by Bathroom Continental in 2017, and our parents got their kitchen done in 2022. We haven't had one issue with either. I popped in today as we are changing our bath to a shower (dad broke his hip) to see if I could buy some tiles or at least get the make so I could order them. They searched my order found the tiles and gave me what they had in the showroom for nothing! I should have enough for the job. I would highly recommend them and the excellent job's they did for our family. Thank you.

From walking us through our design options to site clean up at the end of the job everyone was very professional, courteous and friendly. We had a bathroom fitted last Nov, which we are delighted with but lately the flush continued to run after use. As it was still under warranty I phoned BC and spoke to Dan who said would send out a plumber and you can imagine how surprised I was when my doorbell rang an hour later. So with a small adjustment the job was complete in double quick time, so well done all round, can't beat that for service, Dan Maclean, happy customer 😀 😄 😊
