We ordered several bathroom suites for our new build house from Soaks. During the process we worked with Sharon who was more than helpful with design ideas & suggestions. Soaks use sofware which provide 3D images from all angles on how your bathroom/ensuites will look.We received great customer care & professionalism throughout the whole process & Sharon would always reply to emails with immediate attention.Soaks have a great showroom which multiple displays for all tastes and seeing actual units etc in person is really beneficial & all of the products that we purchased were of a high standard.Several months after installation we had a problem with drainage from one of the shower trays but Soaks replaced this without hesitation. I would totally recommend Soaks to friends & family.

Called into the showroom today for a bit of advice on a shower tray and enclosure fitting for a customer. The guy in shop was really helpful would recommend anyone to give them a try. You'll not be disappointed.
