I recently purchased a number of bathroom items from Soaks , unfortunately the bathroom radiator was faulty per comments of my own plumber. I contacted Soaks and was directed to Kyle who dealt with such issues. Within 1 week Kyle had organised a new radiator from their warehouse and arranged for a Soaks plumber to install my new radiator without charge! I can honestly state that Kyle was brilliant to work with on this issue , he took full responsbility of the matter, I wasn't sent to anyone else and what he said he would do, he did and all within the week; and kept me updated throughout. Cant praise Kyle enough, he relieved a lot of stress for me and the radiator install was leak free!. That is what I call 5 star after care ! I would recommend Soaks to anyone who is considering any purchases! Excellant service!
We recently renovated our ensuite and bought the shower tray and enclosure as well as the double vanity unit and sinks. Very helpful staff. The materials were delivered on the date as promised
I can honestly say you will be hard pushed to find a better bathroom supplier. Soaks do a great job with their friendly informative and professional advice through the whole process. from design and planing with a supper back up team and delivery people. My husband and I visited a few showrooms, getting quotes before choosing Soaks. We were delighted with the service from start to finish. The calibre of goods for price quoted was second to none. Eddie guided us on design and was very accommodating with my late change of decision on our bath. Everyone involved, Eddie, Kyle, Ras, and Lynn were a pleasure to deal with. Paul Dubourdieu, one of the plumbers suggested, did a superb job as did the tilers Marcel and Stephen. We are thrilled with the outcome and couldn't recommend highly enough.
Excellent service from Eddie at Soaks Bathrooms Belfast We visited the Soaks Bathrooms showroom with only a rough idea of what we wanted. Eddie was excellent from start to finish — very knowledgeable, helpful, and pointed us in the right direction without being pushy at any stage. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Delivery was exactly on the day we were told it would be. Great experience overall. Would definitely use Soaks Bathrooms again and highly recommend.
First visit to the showroom today and we didn't feel welcome at all. My wife and I went with the intention of purchasing new bathroom supplies today but just left after being ignored. Multiple staff walked past us, and not once did any of them speak to us or ask did we need or want any help. This isn't the only review saying this by the looks of it. Staff need to stop being so pretentious, the paying customer is keeping them in work. Every other place we visited in the Boucher area the staff were so welcoming and it was service as it should be.
