Bathshack Boucher Road

We had a pleasant and professional encounter with Brendan at the Boucher Way branch, today. We found Brendan to be knowledgeable and understanding of our needs and he provided a seamless service, explaining options and prices to meet our budget, all without pressure. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brendan as an excellent sales person.

I recently visited Bathshack on the Boucher Rd. I'm getting an extension done and have decision fatigue but Brendan made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I came away so pleased with the whole process, so much so I am going to get the main bathroom done as well and will definitely be visiting Brendan to help with design etc. Would highly recommend.

Brendan's attitude, knowledge and demeanor were impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. This wasn't the case in other showrooms we visited. It was because of Brendan that we returned to Bathshack. He made everything very easy so we couldn't recommend him highly enough. Bathshack have a winner in him.

Excellent service from Brendan at the weekend. He took time to go through our design and made sure we got what we were wanting with our circumstances. He also stayed well after close in to his own time to finish off our design and get everything done on the day. Highly recommended.

Called to Boucher Road shop today. Met Brendan he went above and beyond to help us. Amazing service and most helpful man I have ever met. He even took time out with my autistic son. Best service ever.

We had an outstanding experience purchasing my new bathroom, and I have to give a special mention to Chloe for her unbelievable service from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, Chloe was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we needed. She took the time to understand my ideas, offered expert advice, and guided us through all the options without any pressure. Nothing was too much trouble, and her attention to detail made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was her professionalism and commitment to making sure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond to ensure We were happy with every decision, and it made a huge difference to the overall experience. If you’re thinking about upgrading your bathroom, I couldn’t recommend Chloe highly enough. Exceptional service and a credit to the team! And she didn’t mind the 15 times running up and down the stairs for us.
