Full bathroom renovation in our London home. We changed the layout, so the plumbing was rerouted and the subfloor rebuilt before anything went back in. Fully enclosed shower, level tray, no issues since.

Full bathroom refurbishment in our mansion flat off Marylebone High Street, and we stayed in the flat the whole way through. The communal stairs were sheeted every morning and swept every evening, which mattered to us more than it probably should. Nader found the old waste run had almost no fall on it, which explained years of slow draining, and rerouted it before anything went back. Backer boards in the shower zone, tanked over the top, then large-format porcelain. Three months on it still looks like the day they finished.

What stood out was they didn’t rush the sequencing. Backer boards in the wet zone instead of plasterboard, full waterproofing before a single tile went up, and they let everything set properly. We’d chosen large-format porcelain and natural stone, which is unforgiving if the setting-out is even slightly off, and theirs was spot on. You can tell when a bathroom’s done by people who know the trade.

Thoroughly professional from the first visit to the final snag. They renovated two bathrooms for us in a period mansion flat, including turning the family one into a generous walk-in shower room. Honed stone, brushed brass fittings, frameless glass, all set out beautifully and the silicone lines are immaculate. The sort of finish you want when you’re doing it once and doing it right.

So happy with the new shower room. There’d been a leak we’d ignored for ages and they traced it to perished pipework, put it right, then retiled. No more damp patch on the ceiling below and it looks brilliant. Highly recommend for bathroom renovations.

We were nervous about disruption as the flat’s in a listed building, but the team were careful and worked around the original features without a fuss. The new shower room looks like it’s always belonged there. Lovely attention to detail.

First-class bathroom renovation. They stripped the room back, re-did the plumbing, and the tiling is dead level all the way round. Working in a Mayfair flat is never simple but they kept everything clean and finished when they said they would. No complaints at all.
