We hired Premium installation to renovate our existing bathroom and to make it more user friendly for my elderly parents. From design to delivery the service was first rate . I had constant communication with Premium and all queries I had were answered almost immediately which is amazing.They provided a very safe environment to complete the project and would definitely recommend them .

We had the pleasure of renting one of Tim’s many properties for my son’s final year at university. As a mother, I cannot fault Tim for speed of comms, assistance in moving in (buying extra furniture for the property which we hadn’t thought to buy in advance), flexibility when moving out, assistance with water / elec readings and the main thing - the cleanliness of the property! We basically moved our son into (what felt like) a brand new unused property. Literally cannot fault my son’s time there. I asked my son for any comment and he said, “Really responsive via text or call on any day- I never had to chase him for anything. He always came over if I needed him, but otherwise I was very much trusted to get on and look after the place with minimal interruption. Deposit came back super fast also!” Had my son stayed on for his masters (as opposed to being swayed by money in employment haha) we would’ve been, without doubt, renting one of Tim’s properties again.

We are so pleased that we chose Timur and his team to complete our bathroom renovation. The project was complicated by an unexpected need to remove a small chimney breast, and fix the walls that hadn't been touched since the flat was built in 1890. Timur guided us through this process with confidence and ease, despite us living 200 miles away and not being on site. The final transformation was amazing; incredible attention to detail, going above and beyond in all respects. Their workmanship, integrity & their professionalism was 100%. We really couldn't thank them enough or recommend them more highly.

Tim and his team are fantastic! From phone call to completed work everything was handled so professionally. I needed my bay windows urgently repaired (previous work done by another company) and Tim and Yan came to the rescue. Timur, Abs and the team did a great job replacing my electric shower. From the outset they instilled confidence by responding quickly, sending a clear quote, proving a date/time slot and then they carried out the works carefully so that no tiles needed replacing.
