North Arch Bathrooms

We used North Arch Bathrooms to design and supply three new bathrooms when we fully renovated our house in 2022. We were delighted with the designs and they were very hands on when dealing with supply issues. In 2024 we converted what had previously been a bedroom into a master en-suite and went back to North Arch. This time, we opted to use their fitters as well as their design and supply service, which was the best decision we could have made. Using their fitters resulted in a seamless project. The fitters (Jakub and Jarek) were excellent. Their attention to detail was amazing and they were extremely respectful when working in our home. They liaised with us about which time of day would work to start and finish and always left everything clean and vacuumed when they went home. We were worried about the disruption the work would cause- there was virtually none. The finished result was wonderful and Jakub and Jarek attended to every detail meticulously. Since the work has been completed, both North Arch and Jakub and Jarek have been very responsive with the dealing with any snagging issues. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and we will be using their services for years to come.

I have redone my bathroom and my kitchen with North Arch. Both Maria and Clara have been fantastic in the design and making sure that great builders could deliver the projects. Highly recommend!

Maria's design was wonderful, she listened very carefully to what I wanted and then brought it to life with her lovely vision. The installation was done by an extraordinary father and son team, Jarek and Jakub. I have never come across a more focused, professional, precise, well-organised, reliable and frankly superb craftsmen. It was a small ensuite (I hope they will do my main bathroom) but it is a work of art.

North Arch designed and installed a beautiful family bathroom for us. Their friendly and passionate team took the time to really understand what it was we were after, designing a bespoke bathroom that truly felt ‘ours’. They completely reconfigured the layout, creating much needed storage space and making it more user friendly. The materials, fittings and fixtures, including lighting, were expertly chosen by their in-house designer and we are so pleased with the final result. Im so happy with my newly designed and installed en-suite. It is quite a small room and I wanted both a bath and separate shower. After our initial consultation and brainstorming Maria did a fantastic reconfiguration of the space. The builders who did the install were great, very respectful and helpful. All in all a very good experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending North Arch bathrooms.
