The Washroom

The Washroom went above and beyond when a bath was delivered and found to have been damaged from the supplier and/or courier the supplier used. Gary went out of his way to sort the problem out and rectified it extremely quickly. A replacement has turned up. Amazing service which confirms we purchased everything we needed for our 3 bathrooms from the right place. Everything is quality, the service, help and advice, whilst choosing was fantastic and refreshing to know business who put clients first and deliver what they promise still exist.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new cloakroom. Gary and Marie’s guidance and design expertise, helped us choose something we probably wouldn’t have picked ourselves, we’re so glad we did!! The quality of the finish and installation from Jim is flawless along with the plastering and painting team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We recently had a new bathroom installed by The Washroom in West Bridgford, and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. The design phase really helped us make the most of the available space, and the installation itself was completed to an exceptionally high standard. Communication and engagement throughout— from the initial design discussions right through to completion—were excellent. We would like to say a massive thank you to Gary as we are so in love with our beautiful new bathroom.
