This is our second bathroom renovation from gold swan from start to finish these guys are incredible from a idea to a cad design to the finished product we get so many compliments on both our bathrooms and I do not hesitate to recommend these guys

We had our bathroom completely renovated by Goldswan Bathrooms and from the very first meeting, we knew they were the right company for us. Darren took the time to sit down with my grandparents and explain everything clearly, which immediately put us at ease. We were then invited to the showroom where Abbie was incredibly helpful in guiding us through all the choices as we transformed a 50-year-old bathroom into a modern, accessible space. What impressed us most was how cleverly Abbie designed everything — despite the bathroom being fully accessible, you would never be able to tell just by looking at it. It looks stylish, modern, and beautifully finished while still being practical for my grandparents’ needs. When it came to the installation, Cal and Jack worked absolute miracles. Their workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding, and the finished bathroom truly is the bathroom of our dreams. We will forever be thankful to the whole team at Goldswan Bathrooms and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We’ve been working with Goldswan Bathrooms Limited on a ‘supply basis’’ with my husband carrying out our bathroom installation. Our initial visit to the show room was extremely welcoming and professional from the Goldswan team. We went in with an idea of what we wanted for our bathroom but also welcomed their input. Abbie asked for our bathroom dimensions and within a few days we received our visual CAD drawings. We were amazed with the different options Abbie had come up with including our initial idea to compare it against. Needless to say her layout was much more practical and beautiful. Her eye for detail, design and working to our budget has been outstanding. Also the advice Darren has given us from an installation point of view and experience in fitting bathrooms has been excellent and much appreciated. We placed our order with Goldswan without hesitation. Abbie has worked with us in the planning, ordering and delivery of our bathroom items including tiles to work in line with our program of works. We can’t recommend them enough.

The fitting took 3 weeks, with problem after problem caused. The fan wasnt IP rated, the cold tap was connected to hot tap and the hot to cold. And following an issue with the toilet, we have discovered the toilet was also connected to the hot water, so when they got the taps wrong, they also got the toilet connection wrong. I can see Goldswan deny the issue. The house is in NG8 and you certainly did complete the work.

Great experience with Goldswan, and very happy with the finished result. On the design side, Abbie really understood the traditional look we were going for, in keeping with the house, and did a great job sourcing the right tiles. On the install, the team had great attention to detail and dealt amazingly with the various challenges of an old building.

We’ve been extremely pleased with our bathroom that Darren and his team installed 5 years ago. Unfortunately, a cartridge on the tap recently failed. Contacted Darren, who was able to advise and arrange our replacement out immediately. Reliable and honourable as always.
