From the first appointment, through the design process, to the fitting I cannot fault a single thing. Shay produced a lovely design and provided a detailed explanation of what to expect. The communication between design, and fitting, was great and any questions or concerns were addressed very quickly. Dalton, Finn and Kieran were responsible for the rip out and fitting. They were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. They worked non-stop from the minute they walked in the door until the minute they went home. At the end of each day I was told what had been completed and what they hoped to get done the next day. They were friendly, considerate, tidy and always happy to answer questions. The results of their hard work are stunning and I couldn't be more delighted. I would definitely use Hallam Interiors again and have already recommended them to several friends.
From the moment we walked into Hallam Interiors we were greeted by SHAY who made us feel at ease. We told him what we wanted and he agreed to come to our house. He took photos and measurements and again asked us what we wanted. The week after we went back to Hallams SHAY put our bathroom up on a screen with all the alterations we had asked for, it looked amazing. We went through colour and styles and SHAY put the alterations in while we watched. The day came for the work to start and GEORGE and LUKE set to work. By the end of the day the bathroom had been gutted, all the rubbish had been loaded onto their van . Everyday was the same GEORGE and LUKE who were always polite worked so hard, cleaned up and took the rubbish away. I wouldn’t have believed that they could strip out and renovate in seven working days. Brilliant.
Having my bathroom installed with Hallam interiors was an absolute dream. They coordinated all tradesmen needed to complete the work, electricians, plasterers, tilers, knocking a wall through and installing the bathroom all managed by them. They were knowledgeable and guided us through our choices with ease and left us feeling confident we had made the right choice. Price wise, we expected them to be expensive due to hearing great things about their work but actually was reasonably priced for the excellent standard. Aftercare has been phenomenal, after a small issue with the shower screen runner, they came the next day and replaced it as part of the warranty and 2 super lovely chaps had it sorted in minutes. Highly recommend and will be using them for future projects for certain.
They have been great throughout and we are really pleased with our new bathroom. Alfie and Aaron have been fantastic, really professional, polite and did a great job for us. The communication was excellent to none we was informed what was happening every day. We are absolutely delighted with the high quality finish. Most fantastic bathroom company in the business. We’ve been looking for over 10 years which is ridiculous but could never make our mind up. The fact they can put it all on screen for you sold it to us. The customer service was second to none and then the plumbers came, the most fabulous pair of boys our George and Luke none stop work to perfection. But what was better was they helped to advise us on how to make it look better than we had ever imagined. Can’t wait to get the next bathroom to be done by this fantastic company! Money well spent!
