The Bitterne Park branch of The Bathroom Showroom is praised in customer feedback for the personal help provided by James, who is named for his guidance when selecting bathroom furniture and tiles.

A second account credits James and the wider team with an excellent service, noting that ordered items were delivered promptly and that the customer was satisfied with the speed of fulfilment. The products are now in the customer's hands awaiting installation, and both comments point to a straightforward ordering process backed by attentive assistance from named staff.
