Excellent service from the moment I contacted them. Professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. The name says it all - they made things so EASY! Many thanks, in particular, to Ellen (from the Portsmouth branch who was temporarily working in the Southampton branch at the time) and to Matt. They are both brilliant at what they do, prioritise the customer, and clearly love what they do. I highly recommend this company.

First visit to chose fixtures and fittings etc ,spoke to a staff member regarding lead times gave her a drawing with measurements of our bathroom which she took a copy of along with our choices of fittings. Very helpful.booked another appointment,for the following week,to return to see the design etc . All good so far. Returned for our second appointment which was with a different colleague, the design was on a computer screen on his desk which had to be twisted at an angle for us the customer to view, we amended a couple of things and were given two quotes, one for just fixtures ( lead time for fitting is September) and one for fixtures plus installation. . . We were advised that installation can take up to 10 days,(we have the smallest bathroom in known history). The quote for fixtures was £5,901.44 ,not far off of what we were expecting,the quote for fixtures and installation however was shocking at £15,270.44! That's £1000.00 per day for labour, who can warrant that as a daily rate? We received an email which we responded to advising we will not be purchasing from them and the today ,two weeks later the second colleague has rung us asking if we have had any thoughts on the quotes. Well he obviously hasn't bothered checking his emails in the past two weeks, unprofessional. He was advised,again, that the £10,000 for labour had to be a joke and we would not be using them .

Matt, Brendan and the guys and girls in Hedge End are complete stars. They made the process of having three bathrooms renovated at the same time much easier. The products we ordered from Easy Bathrooms are beautiful and of a high quality. The finished results look fabulous. Thank you to you all.

We are really pleased with our experience with Easy Bathrooms. The install through to design was ideal for us and saved us the hassle of finding a separate installer. Special thanks to Brendon who took us through the whole process and answered our questions, making sure we got the best we could in the space we had. Also thanks to our installer, Dean, who did an excellent job from start to finish. Would recommend completely.
