It provides planning and design skills for supply and install or supply only projects. A free no obligation service is offered, along with a free assessment quotation for the less able.

The company provides a service for the less able, including bathroom aids and adaptations. It also offers a full plumbing service, including boiler changes and heating systems. Complete Bathrooms sells suites, showers, taps, accessories, screens, enclosures, towel rails, kitchen sinks and taps, underfloor heating kits, lighting, tiles, wall panelling and fitted furniture. Its showroom offers inspiration and advice. It caters for all styles and tastes, including modern, contemporary and traditional, and accommodates differing budgets.

Fitting work carried out by Complete Bathrooms draws consistent praise, with the showroom guiding clients through product choices and the installation team handling the renovation itself. The quality of the finished result is a point that comes up often, with work described as completed to a high standard and a high-quality finish, whether the project involves a full bathroom, an en-suite or a conversion. Punctuality and reliability are mentioned often, with teams arriving when expected, working hard and keeping disruption to a minimum.

Clear communication runs through many accounts, from the office keeping customers updated on paperwork and deliveries to fitters explaining each stage as it progressed. Tidiness is repeatedly noted, with sites left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Named members of staff feature regularly, particularly Mary for design and product advice, Zoe for administrative coordination and Karl for overseeing the installation. Customers also remark on how friendly, courteous and accommodating the team is throughout. Much of the work involves removing old suites and fitting new showers, vanity units, toilets and tiling, and en-suite renovations and bathroom conversions appear among the projects described.
