I am absolutely thrilled with the work Sid did on our bathroom renovation! From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, offering fantastic design ideas and solutions that we hadn’t even considered. Throughout the project, Sid was consistently punctual, professional, and efficient. He kept the work area tidy and completed the job on schedule, which we really appreciated. The quality of the finished result is outstanding, it has completely transformed the space. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sid to any of my friends and family looking for a reliable and talented bathroom fitter. I couldn't be happier!
We agreed on a start date at the beginning of April, so I ordered materials, arranged deliveries, and planned everything around the agreed installation date. After waiting for over two months, I was only informed at the last minute that the job would no longer be going ahead because of “other priorities.”(I had to call him to find out that my job won't go ahead!)... or reschedule from July to somewhere in September... What is most disappointing is the lack of communication. Messages were ignored, and when I raised my concerns, I was told that work had been busy and it was difficult to find the time to reply. Running a business comes with responsibilities, and keeping customers informed is one of the most basic ones. Cancelling a project after already agreeing to the work and doing so when the installation date is approaching says a lot about professionalism and reliability. If there were issues with availability, distance, or personal circumstances, those were known long before the agreed date and should have been communicated honestly and promptly. What makes this particularly disappointing is that the friendly and chatty approach initially gave the impression of someone who values honesty and transparency. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. When it mattered most, clear communication and accountability were missing. As a result, I’m now left with materials sitting in my house, disrupted plans, and the stress of finding someone else to complete the work. I understand that circumstances can change, but treating customers with respect and keeping them informed should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Sid.
Sid is a lovely, courteous, skilled and very hardworking man. I definitely recommend him. He fitted our completely remodeled bathroom; clearing everything, building stud walls, first fit, second fit, arranging the electrician and decorator, new radiators (in new locations), flooring, wall panels, etc. Throughout, Sid kept us informed, kept on track and kept things tidy. He clearly takes pride in his work, which was was high standard with no corner-cutting and no surprises. Thanks Sid, excellent job!
Sid has been great to work with from start to finish! He did our main bathroom and downstairs wc. Happy with the result of our new bathrooms. Will definitely hire again for future projects.
We had a whole bathroom rip out, with the shower moved across the bathroom, had the walls and floor tiled - the lot. Sid was great, very responsive, punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He got the job done and to a good standard, finding ways around obstacles with no real problem and at a very sensible price. Would highly recommend - you won't be disappointed.
Sid installed a bathroom for us in what used to be a bedroom (pipework outside, tiling, flooring, bath, toilet, sink, radiator, and walls plastered). His work looks spot on and is very neat. The room was quite wonky, but somehow he's made it look like it isn't. He guided us on where to put things and helped us choose everything so it would look exactly how we wanted. We are so so happy with our bathroom, even a year later I still can't believe how perfect it turned out. We had lots of headaches with building work and honestly Sid gave us much needed relief. Hes always on time, tidy, a perfectionist, and just a genuinely nice person. I recently broke the tap and he came back and fixed it straight away. We would definitely recommend him!
