The old bathroom was completely gutted and the new bespoke bathroom installed. He was communicative every step of the way to make sure it was as we wanted and always on call to chat through the many questions we had. Friendly, reliable and professional.
From start to finish, Lee’s service was outstanding. It was a particularly difficult job due to the awkward dimensions of the space, but everything was handled with real skill and attention to detail. We were kept fully informed throughout the entire process, which made everything feel smooth and stress free. The work was carried out efficiently, to a very high standard, and always with a friendly, professional attitude. It’s clear that a lot of care and expertise went into making sure everything was done perfectly. Choosing Lee and his team to install our dream bathroom was by far the best decision we’ve made for our house! The whole process was a joy! Lee listened carefully to our plans and was brilliant at offering advice and making our requests happen. His communication was excellent - always happy to help whenever we had questions and kept us informed throughout every step. A lot of the work took place whilst we were on holiday and we felt completely at ease leaving him to manage the project whilst we were away. We were really impressed with how he orchestrated his team of different tradesman to get the work done on time - each one completing the work really efficiently and to very high standards. Our house was kept very tidy and it was a bonus to have all the rubbish removed! He has a great eye for detail and this was really appreciated - it resulted in a luxurious bathroom and the quality of work is incredible! I cannot recommend Lee and his team highly enough. Every element of the renovation was done to the highest standards, and the sequencing of all the different trades over the fortnight was like a military operation! I massively appreciated Lee's attention to detail and openness to my various mad ideas throughout. I can't believe it's the same room!
