We are over the moon with our new bathroom. Apart from a couple of hiccups during the process (which were handled in a professional and quick manner) we thoroughly enjoyed the experience, from Jamal doing the original survey to the politeness of the delivery driver and the work ethic of your fitter. From start to finish our new bathroom has been brilliant. The quote. The design. The guys who came to fit it worked very hard, in ridiculous heat. 12 hour days to get the job done quickly. All commendable.

We recently had our bathroom renovated, and the transformation is amazing! It was completed in just 4 days, which exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to our fitter, Elvinas, who did an outstanding job. His workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were excellent throughout the project. We are extremely happy with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bathroom renovation.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The entire bathroom renovation was completed while I was away on holiday, which gave me complete peace of mind. They were trustworthy, reliable, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble – they even completed additional work I requested, including replacing damaged chipboard, and worked long hours to ensure everything was finished before I returned home. The communication was excellent from the initial quote right through to completion. After the work was finished, I had one small issue with my toilet seat. I messaged them in the evening, and they were at my house first thing the following morning to replace it. The aftercare and customer service were outstanding. The finished bathroom looks amazing, and the whole experience was stress-free from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable company that genuinely cares about its customers.

My wife and I have one of the best experiences with Refine Bathrooms We asked for a visit at our house for advice on how we could reconfigure our existing bathroom to incorporate a shower whilst retaining our bath Liam was a fantastic help and talked us through the options It was important to us to ensure we were getting best advice and value. It's not always about price although an important element. We did get other quotations. The fitters who delivered our new bathroom were outstanding and demonstrated a work ethic that we had to admire. We were really impressed with the standard of service and work undertaken by Refine Bathrooms. Liam guided us through the process of choosing the design and layout, such as wall tiles and units. He was very helpful with all our queries throughout the process. We were then contacted by Sam who assisted us with questions related to the installation. Agris, the fitter, was friendly and polite. He was really hard-working and did a fantastic job for us. The delivery and then removal of materials was so efficient. I have included the ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos to show the difference the renovation has made! A massive thank you to the team.
