Opus Bathrooms

Giving Opus bathrooms a 5* + review, they are absolutely fantastic at what they do, and transformed our sad looking bedroom cupboard into a beautiful bathroom. Elliott and the team were brilliant from start to finish, keeping us in the loop and seeking our thoughts every step of the way, and made the impossible, possible, in a small, unusual space. They are clearly passionate about what they do, everything was finished to an impeccable standard, while keeping the space spotless during the works. Special mention of Charlie who did lots of the work and put in some serious hours to make it look fantastic - the tiles are our favourite!

We are so so happy and impressed with the work Opus did. They made our small bathroom into such a luxurious space, we love it!! We can’t really believe it’s in our house, it’s so beautiful, whilst also being practical. Elliott, Paul and the rest of the team were great - communication was brilliant and the whole process, from first contact to finished bathroom, was seamless. Would highly recommend. We’re hoping to get them back soon for more home improvements!

We have used Opus Bathrooms over the last 3 years. Initially it was to completely refurbish a bathroom in our apartment. We ended up doing a lot more work and the guys at Opus did everything and project managed the entire job. They are a great team and have transformed our whole apartment with very little stress. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you to Elliott, Paul and Charlie for taking on this complex project and delivering an amazing bathroom - converting a small traditional apartment bathroom into a Scandinavian style wetroom with micro cement walls. The communication was excellent throughout. They also have the expertise and confidence to use innovative materials and fittings needed for this project. a couple of months after completion and I'm still delighted with the results.

Elliot & Paul did a fantastic job redoing our bathroom and I’d 100% recommend them. They really know their stuff and were a pleasure to work with - All the team were friendly, patient, polite and tidy! I’m amazed how little mess they made given they gutted our entire bathroom - All plumbing & tiling etc was top quality and they are always on site themselves - not like other companies I’ve used in the past where you never know who might turn up - which is very reassuring and means everything goes much more smoothly and is much less stressful as a result.

Elliott and the team fully deserve their many positive reviews. Easily some of the best communication I’ve experienced from any contractor - head and shoulders above the rest in terms of explaining who would be doing what, when and why. When they discovered some shoddy workmanship they tackled it with skill and pragmatism and even accommodated my very particular request regarding choice of materials. Elliott and Paul were very good at explaining the pros and cons of the potential design options and the practical and cost consequences. Nothing ever felt like an unnecessary upsell and we felt in very safe hands. All their subs were equally friendly, tidy and professional and as others have said Opus clearly take pride in their work and reputation. Fortunately delighted with our bathroom so don’t anticipate needing to use them for some time but if we do they’ll be our first port of call.
