So glad we went with WaterDelight - My partner and I had a few issues previously with some rogue builder types, so we were quite anxious about the whole experience - Alex was great, as were his colleagues - good communication about what was going to happen and who would be turning up to do whatever jobs that needed doing - often a pop in every day/ other day to check things. His colleagues often turned up and got straight on with it, polite lads overall, very approachable and clear on the process. The only thing which would have been a little more helpful, was a clear outlined time frame, however that being said, we were squeezed in the diary, as we had a few leaks across the bathroom piping causing issues which needed sorting asap, so I was very aware that our job was being sorted around a very busy diary, so no qualms really. Definitely recommend. Bathroom looks awesome!!!

Alex and his team were brilliant when they did work for us recently. Not only did they deliver high quality work, but they had to redo some substandard work by previous builders which they handled swiftly and effectively. Communication was brilliant and everything ran on schedule which was so important at a time when we were extremely stressed! Alex's can do attitude and his willingness to get involved in aspects of our renovation that were beyond original scope meant that we were finally able to progress and move into our home. Alex and his friendly, professional team renovated our family bathroom recently. They did a great job, with a high quality finish, despite some unforseen issues that delayed completion. The good thing was that whenever something came up, as often happens when you're renovating an old house - they were all about finding solutions - nothing seemed to phase them, and they always maintained a 'can-do' attitude. Quotes were detailed and competitive and they were diligent in following up any queries or minor concerns that we had both during and after the job. We love the new bathroom - and have no hesitation in reccommending Water Delight to others.

Absolutely fabulous! What began as a “wee bathroom refit” quickly turned into something straight out of an episode of Homes Under the Hammer. From start to finish, Alex and the entire team were nothing short of exceptional — professional, thorough, clean, tidy, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even as the job grew far beyond the original plan. They worked absolute magic on the place, transforming what could have been a stressful project into a surprisingly enjoyable experience.
