I contacted their customer service team, and they handled the situation professionally from start to finish. They quickly arranged the collection of the damaged basin and sent a replacement without any hassle. Their customer service was excellent, responsive, and more than great. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly cares about its customers. Highly recommended!

I purchased the Mini Hugo vanity unit, the Jackson tap, the Theo waste and bottle trap and the Lucia clear glass basin from The London Basin Company. As I was unable to visit the showroom I contacted them via email and phone to seek advise on matching these items and colour choice. On every occasion I received outstanding customer service. My emails were responded to in a very timely manner. I requested the delivery date to be changed this was not an issue. The items are just beautiful. Utterly beautiful basins - every product is exquisite in its own right but I had two Lucia clear crystal basins recently installed in my bathroom renovation, and they have added a unique touch of glamour.
