KC Bathrooms recently restructured and refurbished our ensuite and refreshed our cloakroom, and their total professionalism shone throughout. Kayleigh’s warm, confident design guidance made the whole process straightforward, with high‑quality products that suited our home perfectly. Simon and Roxy’s workmanship was exceptional — precise, respectful, and consistently tidy. We’re thrilled with the transformation and highly recommend KC Bathrooms.

Kayleigh is a knowledgeable professional who happily talks you through the options and will happily adapt your plan to suit your needs/budget. She is adaptable and always has the customer’s wishes at heart (my mum changed her mind after the job had started.). Simon, the fitter, was very neat, tidy and well-organised and always cleared up before he left each evening. Mum couldn’t be happier with her finished bathroom.

I would highly recommend KC Bathrooms. Firstly Kayleigh listened carefully to everything I asked for. She asked me lots of questions and she then came up with a plan which was something I could never have imagined. Iain was the main installer. His work was methodical, clean and tidy. He checked things with me as the work progressed. Dan was the electrician and he also checked in with me, coming up with ideas of his own. The work took 10 working days and was well worth the wait. High quality items were used and the quality of the work was tremendous. The result is beyond anything I would have dreamed of. Thank you so much Kayleigh, Iain and Dan.

We had a coversion of removing our bath and replacing it with a walk in shower. Because of the position of the bath it was not a simple conversion. Kayleigh gave us very good advice on how to achieve our desired resultand offerd us a reasonable quote to carry out the work. The work was carried out by Duncan who was very professional and made an excellant job, and made sure every detail was finished to a very high standard. We are delighted with the finished result. Both Kayleigh and Duncan were very honest and trustworthy people who you could rely upon them to complete the work correctly and will ensure any problems are dealt with in a proper manner We would certainly recomment Kayleigh and her team to carry out any work customers would requirte to a very high standard and they will deal with any problems that might arise in a very professional way. Thank you to Bathrooms by the plumbing doctor for our recently installed new bathroom, shower room and downstairs WC. We couldn’t be more pleased with the superb finish, the quality of the installation, the finishing touches and even some changes we couldn’t have even imagined. The finish was Exactly to the standard their showroom shows. The service we had from the start with Alex, measuring it all up and doing the survey, Colleen in the showroom helping us decide on colours, Kayleigh planning the whole thing and putting it all together for us, Iain installing it all in 3 different rooms, Dan with the Electric’s and Steve collecting and taking away the old bathroom debris. The installation was spot on time wise as well.

Would definitely recommend The Plumbing Doctor. Really pleased with our new bathroom which was a total redesign by Kayleigh and we have nothing but praise for Ricky and DB Electrical who carried out the work.
