We had multiple people quote our bathroom refurb and it was important to us that we didn’t overdo it in terms of price. Rather than others, who simply listened to what we wanted and quoted us, Elliot gave insight into how we could save money whilst ensuring that we still kept the same professional aesthetic that we desired. Throughout the process Elliot was really communicative and always available if we had any questions. My partner and I found that it was a pleasure to have a general chat with him throughout as opposed to just being a contractor working in our house. The bathroom itself is spot on. With Elliot’s experience he was able to suggest certain amendments and improvements to better maximise the overall effect of the bathroom using material suppliers that he had learned to be the most suited to him and the most reliant. I contacted several companies of which came to my property and quoted me for my downstairs bathroom. All of which, never came back to me. I explained that i was on a budget, and it needed sorting sooner rather than later. I almost gave up, but found Ocean city bathrooms. Colin and Elliot were brilliant. After numerous attempts trying to contact various plumbers around Plymouth, I found Ocean city bathrooms who i was recommended. I had an issue with my boiler, and had no hot water. A chap called Colin came out rather quick and kindly explained my boiler was old and uneconomical to repair for its age, as well as being discontinued. I was recommended a worcester boiler and was fitted quickly with no issues at all. Now everything is fine, had no issues since the new boiler. And is the latest, more economical model. Elliot and Colin helped us changing the shower floor and enclosure, changing the shower room floor to beautiful tiles and adding the toilet hoses. Work was quick and efficient. They worked under strong heat but made sure the job was done in time. What impressed me most was very quick reply to online quote request and WhatsApp messages (even on weekends). Needless to say they are very friendly guys.

We recently had our bathroom replaced, fully tiled and flooring installed, it looks fantastic! From quotation to completion, Elliott,Colin & Tommy worked diligently to insure a high standard of workmanship. They always kept us informed of the works progress, had good suggestions and overcame any difficulties with skill. They were a pleasure to have in our home, clean, polite and friendly.
