Shockingly bad service. We bought an outdoor sauna and have encountered problems with the glass door since installation. The company have no interest in resolving the issue and we are now contemplating legal action. Not recommended.

From the first visit to the showroom to the customer service post-installation, the team at Insignia was outstanding. They did what they said they would do and when they would do it. One very minor snag was fixed instantly on the spot and we’re absolutely delighted.

I recently purchased a sauna from Insignia Wellness and the whole experience was outstanding. The staff and owners were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me choose the perfect model. Delivery and installation were smooth, and the quality of the sauna has exceeded my expectations. It’s now my favourite way to unwind, and I’d recommend Insignia Wellness to anyone looking for top-quality products and service.

I wouldn't normally write a review unless it was worth it, but I cannot recommend Insignia enough if you’re looking to upgrade your shower (or garden!). Me and my partner weren’t sure what we were looking for, we were originally after a basic, eco-friendly shower cabin, but after seeing their range, we’ve ended up planning for an outdoor sauna aswell! Their staff were great - thank you for answering my 100s of questions! Alex, in particular, was brilliant. He walked us through all the options so we understood all the finer details without feeling pressured. Thank you, Insignia. Five stars all the way!

The best shower cabin I have ever had.I built it by myself without any problems. I love when I am taking shower and I feel warm in bottom of my legs, no other cabin are like this one. I do my recommendation for everyone. No problems with this cabin except door wheels that I had to exchange after 3 years but now I've got better wheels ,so hope will stay longer.

I would like to say insignia showers have been fantastic from day 1 with advise and support with my new Steam shower The quality on this product is to the highest level, my plumber did have some issues installing the shower, but Nero the services support person really looked after the situ and made sure we had everything we need to put it together. I have been really enjoying the shower which is very good value and the kids love it to I would highly recommend Insigna showers and have done to so to family and friends. The photos don’t really to Justin for the shower but trust me it looks great 👍

This is the one of the best decisions I took during our recent house renovations. Having a nice shower is a good thing but having a whirlpool is a big flex! I now look forward to go and sit down, put music on and have a very long steam shower 😄. Not very cheap but Absolutely worth it again and again.
