Bathroom Mountain

⭐ 0 stars if I could – extremely poor returns service. Very disappointing experience with Bathrooms Mountain. Their returns process is unnecessarily difficult and completely inconvenient for customers. I have a Bathrooms Mountain store only about 40 minutes away, yet I was told I couldn't return my item there. Instead, they directed me to a location that would involve approximately a 4-hour round journey. I find this completely unreasonable. The alternative they offered is not much better. You have to submit a return request, complete an additional form, and then arrange and pay for your own courier to send the item back. I wanted to return an item. I don't understand why a company with a store only 40 minutes away cannot provide a reasonable way for a customer to return a purchase there, rather than expecting them to travel for four hours or organise and pay for their own courier. The whole process feels unnecessarily complicated and designed with very little consideration for the customer. Extremely frustrating and disappointing service. Based on my experience, I would seriously think twice before ordering from Bathrooms Mountain, especially if there is any possibility you might need to return something.

I had a fantastic experience on two separate occasions at the bathroom showroom in Bletchley. The showroom team are extremely friendly and professional. I was assisted by Pete on the first visit who was very knowledgeable and advised the delivery and ordering process. I returned two days later and team member Ashton assisted with the big order - he was very patient and so helpful throughout the process. I highly recommended this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We're so incredibly happy with our vanity , which is arriving tomorrow, and want to say a big thank you to Simon - your knowledge, patience and professionalism is incredible! Excellent service from Adam at the Milton Keynes branch. We visited the store twice before placing an order for our bathroom refurb and each time he was friendly, polite and very helpful. Delivery was super quick and the items arrived the day after ordering. We would happily recommend Adam and Bathroom Mountain.

We saw Adam in the Milton Keynes store this morning and he was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he listened to everything we were saying and didn’t try to tell us as much as he could at the highest price which we have found in so many other places. Thanks for everything!

During my visit, I was assisted by Simon, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us through the different options without any pressure. His outstanding product knowledge and clear answers gave us great confidence in our decisions. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Additionally, I want to highlight the absolutely amazing service provided by River from start to finish. I arrived with a very large and overwhelming order, but River made the entire process feel much easier. He was attentive, patient, and showed incredible dedication by staying past his scheduled time to ensure everything was sorted properly without rushing. Considering he has only been with the company for a few weeks, his professionalism, confidence, and knowledge were genuinely impressive. He was also highly practical, showing us how to navigate the touchscreen monitors and even saving us money by advising how adding a few extra items would qualify our order for free delivery. The manager, Steven, was also very kind and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. Furthermore, the showroom itself is excellent—it is massive, clean, features many great displays, offers plenty of on-site parking, and includes thoughtful amenities like a free hot drinks machine and public toilets. River and Simon are a true credit to your team. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service I received and will highly recommend Bathroom Mountain to others. This company sold us the dream, but the reality has been a complete nightmare. We spent a lot of money with them and repeatedly received damaged products. When we asked for replacements, we were told we would have to wait up to two weeks, forcing us to spend even more money on alternative products. Even then, deliveries were repeatedly cancelled without any explanation. As a result, we’ve been without a functioning bathroom for five weeks. The problems extend to their sister company, Walls and Floors, who sold us tiles that they later claimed they didn’t have in stock. We were repeatedly promised delivery dates, only for them to be delayed again and again. We’ve spent weeks waiting for someone to take ownership of the situation and help resolve it. Every time I call, I’m met with the same response: “the computer says no.” There has been no initiative to prioritise our delivery despite the ongoing delays, no effort to put things right, and no meaningful compensation offered. Instead, we keep getting pushed to the back of the queue. The lack of customer service and accountability has been extremely disappointing. Overall, the experience has been a complete joke, and I would not recommend this company.
