Excellent products and equally excellent service, from start to finish. Aidan in the showroom listened to my ideas for a Japandi-style bathroom, and helped me design exactly the room I wanted. When my choices took the quotation above budget, he was great at suggesting alternative products that still look the part but brought the total back on track. He's a lovely guy and a perfect intro to the process for customers. The fitters, led by Junior, assisted by Stuart, and helped by fab apprentice Ché (my dog loved him), were just as good as the showroom staff. Workmanship and finish were excellent, and the team clearly had a great deal of experience and expertise. They kept mess to a minimum, and were unfailingly friendly and helpful when I asked questions. They were also genuinely lovely guys and a pleasure to have around. I highly recommend PHS and would definitely use them again.

Great place had everything we were looking for, great prices and staff

Jonathan is not only a skilled craftsman but he has that edge of being a creative thinker & is very clear in communicating with you making sure you end up with the best outcome. He and his team are professional, dependable, so tidy & careful in their set up that when they leave for the day you can’t believe you don’t have to do cleanup! Realty!! The team at PHS Bathrooms, Bletchley, Milton Keynes were excellent during our visit to their comprehensive showroom, to look at new ensuite fittings and fixtures. Their service and attention on the Saturday afternoon, assisting us with information, choice and alternative option ideas, was first class. Whilst we were only looking for a bathroom suite supplier (installed ourselves using our own trades as part of a complete ceiling to wall to floor renovation), we’re very happy with the quality of the products supplied. We visited the showroom on 4 different occasions… looking at different ideas. With the help of Chris, we were able to visualise our ideas (provided Chris with near exact bathroom dimensions) and went ahead with the purchase, which included wall tiles from a selection on display. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the products supplied (extremely high quality, modern design, and well worth the long-term investment). Everything was delivered with care (well wrapped and packaged) as of when we needed each item (stored in their warehouse until we needed each item). For us, you don’t get this kind of service from an online only supplier. Yes, I would recommend this company!!!
