Good customer service, being attentive and listening to what you want but also guiding us through it all. They gave us Karl who is truly a first class tradesman, he is just professionalism personified. The old bathroom was about 20 years old and when ripped out it was a right mess, but Karl just wanted to get it all right from beginning to the end. We now have a bathroom that we absolutely love. Well done Ryan, Jen and Karl, and thank you.
We had a fantastic experience with Harris Bathrooms (no relation). A revamp of our tired and dated bathroom was long overdue and Ryan and Jen provided exceptional service throughout the entire process, combining professionalism with a genuinely friendly approach. The attention to detail was outstanding, and they took the time to ensure every aspect of our bathroom project was carefully considered and that included recommending an outstanding fitting team which made the whole project run smoothly from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and their knowledge and advice made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. After a lot of research and quotes from other Bathroom companies we settled on Harris Bathrooms as Ryan and team were welcoming from the start. It was also very local to us! The completely changed ensuite to a wet room took around 3 weeks but from the start Martin, Mike, Jim and Dean were all fantastic. Clean and tidy throughout, nothing was a problem and the end result is stunning and will make such a difference to me now, Thank you Ryan and team!
New bathroom now completed,very happy with quality of product and fitting. The service we got from Ryan and Jen was first class from our first visit to the last.The cups of tea and the banter made each visit enjoyable. I will recommend them to all who mention a new bathroom and add to my Christmas card list. Thank you both.
From our first visit to completion Ryan was, friendly and extremely helpful. He recognised my requirements and was able source none standard equipment. Where else would you go and be greeted by name after first visit and continue conversation about your wet room, as though you had never been away. Quality of goods fantastic! Already recommended to a friend. Thank you once again for friendly professional help.
We recently used Harris Bathrooms and had a fantastic experience. Ryan was so friendly and approachable from the start, and we really appreciated his honesty throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much effort for him and he took the time to listen to what we wanted and came up with a design that suited us perfectly. We absolutely love our new bathroom, it’s exactly what we hoped for and more. The whole experience felt easy and stress-free, and we couldn’t be happier with the service.
From start to finish Ryan was very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. I had 3 bathrooms fitted by Shaun and I am very pleased with the end result. The quality of the goods and the finish is perfect. I love them. Thanks guys - I’ll be sending everyone your way xx
