The bathroom took 3 weeks to install not the 10 days quoted,the fitters were not shown the design that I had agreed and just done what they wanted.The sink is not central and the window ledge is not what I wanted plus they did not use a tin of tanking membrane and when It was returned I have not received any money back for it

Can't really fault the showroom.however once we had bought the 2 bathrooms we were recommended not to use their fitters but to use a guy called Paul brewer as he was a fantastic fitter and would be cheaper than their own fitters. We accepted this advice and rang Paul, he came round priced up very reasonable so we booked him. He said it would be 2 weeks for each bathroom. He started the job May 2nd and was still working on it 7 weeks later at the end of june . We also had issues with leaking shower upstairs and downstairs upstairs plug hole stuck in the sink the side panel on downstairs shower fell off . Still today these have not been put right having called and messaged him several times. Please if using easy bathrooms try their fitters not the recommended ones as the one recommended to us was definitely not reliable professional or even complete the job,we are still having issues with leaks

They told me this fan was the top of the line extractor fan. paid £200 for it thinking this will be the ultimate. when i go to pick it up, no ducting with it. Just a small box OMG I couldn't believe it. no instructions in box, and the fan is for sale on other websites with the whole kit, including ducting for £150 (HIB Cyclone Wet room Inline Fan - Cool White LED - Chrome or White Facia). Unbelievable that they think an DIY guy wouldn't notice the excessive price for a normal fan. This is a nasty snake move, and a rip off by these people, so if you are buying, make sure you go through every detail of what you will be getting, and record it before paying (with your mobile phone) in case they pull a fast one.

Found Easy Bathrooms when visiting Wickes. So glad we did. The salesman who was excellent called Mark was professional from start to finish. The driver who delivered our order was spot on time and helped us as much as he could. And the quality of the bathroom is even better than we envisaged

Visited this lovely showroom by the recommendation of Rai & Rai General Builders who themselves are a great company too. Martin was very friendly, polite, helpful, knowledgeable, very professional, patient and looked after me from start to finish. I made few changes to my first quote on various items and he changed them for me without any hesitation and also gave me a really good discount. Dan was also helpful and accommodating. We had recently purchased products from Easy Bathrooms in Peterborough. Initially the contact was good and we felt we were in safe hands. However, when we had the product at our home, we had opened the box to find that the unit had damage to it. As this was signed for on delivery, Easy Bathrooms will not take resposibility for a damaged item. The manager is rude and would not accomodate us. He is quite happy to argue with no filter in front of other customers. He made myself and wife feel very insecure and belittled us. I strongly suggest people do a bit of research before commiting.
